I've been using the streak since December and have always had issues with the os becoming unstable after a couple weeks, been using dj Steve's roms, currently 1.9.
Everything works fine then all of sudden everything will begin force closing. I usually have to wipe the phone and start com fresh. Until the next time the fc's start again.
I have also been having problems with Amazon app store not installing apps
Thanks for the help.

why you dont use a rooted stock ROM, it is stable and the performance improved very well

So a lot of pages just close when I open them. I installed the 2.2 leak last night and didn't have much time to pay with it until today. It seems to me any web page with Any flash content at all is making this happen

This does not appear to be a leaked OTA, since was not intended for publishing. If it were a leaked OTA, it would install on non-rooted devices with no problem. This is probably a later stage test rom. If it were not, the actual OTA would have been leaked as well and not just one that requires multiple steps and no radio to go with it.

this is just a guess, but maybe you used titanium backup and restored system settings that are causing force closes
OP, in the browser settings disable the plugins and see if it crashes when you goto those sites. I was having this issue and no I didn't have to hard reset to fix it. Basically the issue was Flash 10.1 for me. I had the modified flash apk installed for 2.1 and when I updated to 2.2 it messed something up. To fix this open up titanium, choose backup/restore click on adobe flash and choose uninstall. Now reboot your device and renable the plugin in the browser you should be all set now.
I'm also getting FC's in the browser. This is with plugins disabled, cleared cache, history, cookies, etc... And I didn't restore via Titanium. I can browse for a few minutes and then a FC...
Ctinsley, you are the man. I followed exactly what you said and now no more internet explorer crashing. Once again you rock!

This used to happen to Vibrants before Samsung fixed the GPS. Disable location access for google.com. Frustrating, I know, but it will suffice until a fix is released.

My browser kep crashing after I flashed caulkin's tether fix on certain roms.
I removed the fix, and problem was gone.
If you didn't mess with Myn's rom after flashing, there shouldn't be such problem. I'm guessing you probably flashed something addition to it afterwards.

I don't know what to tell you.. I have no issues with Google.com
how is the phone a google phone its made by htc with a google OS .. unless your running a nexus one ?
but yea google.com loads fine for me
It is probably reading something from a previous install and is fighting the ROM for rights to access that website. I ran a clean install of Myn's Warm 2.2 rc2 and am not having any issues. Are you getting any error message when the browser crashes? I noticed that the Android software likes to cough out a multitude of error messages when things go wrong.

I meant the software but anyway, It was my fault I hadnt wiped my data and didnt do the factory reset when installing myns rom, so my bad everything is now in order.
I am running the CM7 and have been since Lithid was compiling. But the other day I nandroided and decided to try a couple other roms. MIUI and some Sense based rom. But when I restored my nandroid my data connection drops all the time. Maybe works for 3 min every hour. I've tried clearing cache and dalvik, and even reflashing CM7 but to no avail.
Any idea what could be causing this? It's just my phone cos my wifes CM6 EVO is fine.
Thanks in advance.

I seem to have figured it out. I had installed a wireless adb app from the market and as soon as I uninstalled it I got my data back.

Is anyone else having trouble with Netflix? My Netflix lags a lot video vs audio and it's a noticeable discrepancy. I'm using Prime 2.1.1, no OC kernel, though I might flash an OC kernel to see if it fixes the problem tomorrow..
Never had a problem with stock or Leaked ROM. Try clearing Netflix cache and data...maybe even a reinstall of the app?
Hmm, nope, I just cleared the cache, wiped the data, uninstalled all updates, then reinstalled updates, same thing. I remember it was fine a long time ago.. either when I first rooted it, and had Prime or Revolver.. but I've had this problem for a while. I guess if I get annoyed enough I'll try Revolver (assuming the OC kernel doesn't help).
I'm running revolver, I was having issues recently then updated the app and it was pretty good. Also, I noticed it seems to run better with an oc kernel vs stock. Also try and clear background apps to free up some RAM.

Same setup and no problems when the network connection is up to it

Yeah...my Xbox app gets a bit out of sync sometimes...not by much...then it syncs back up...so it may just have to do with the connection or Netflix themselves.
the syncing problem could be caused by a lot of things. I would ping netflix to see what the latency is for the data first.
I have the same issue on a non rooted transformer, I just started using netflix today

I updated Google Maps earlier today via the Google Play Store and now it crashes worse on our ICS than the Gmail app does. I tried clearing the app data and cache, but no improvement.
I have both the gmail and new maps and have not encountered an issue. I think that it is more likely your setup than the apps
Well, I just checked out the app's reviews on Play Store specifically from TF101 users, and it looks like this app has been crashing on others' Transformers even before this latest update.
From your sig, it says you aren't on the stock ROM, so maybe that's why you haven't encountered any issues.
Just clear the data and cache from the older one that's what I did and no more issues

I work on themes and porting apps so i jump around on roms a lot i have been on stock the past week. Most of those crashes are from data left over from honeycomb when people installed ics without doing a factory reset it caused files to be left behind which cause system wide problems which this most likely is
Yea i don't know what your talking about. I updated and haven't any crashes what so ever.

No crashes in Gmail or update Maps on ICS here..
last time (few days ago) I have a gmail crash. That was just 1 time. Maps, no problem so far.
I haven't had Gmail crashes *crosses fingers* since the .17 ICS update, before that Gmail frequently froze and crashed. I updated maps, but have yet to actually use it...
I had crashes before after updating to ics and titanium restoring, I just cleared data for maps and wiped both caches and everything was fine. I imagine a maps data clear followed by an uninstall/reboot and reinstall should clear it up.
