alot of people don't know but, if you do a battery calibration, it usually fixes alot of issues with launchers and smoothness of your rom...
I had many issues with my rom and launchers until I used the free app in the android market called "battery calibration". then my troubles were answered in one fair swoop...

Ummm, to flame or not to flame?
thanks for the info, but you shouldnt post this in development, this should be in the general section.
to Echo above... you are in the wrong forum for sure
secondly your post makes no sense.
All that app does is delete battery stats, something you can do from CWM recovery anyway, other than that it does nothing so won't magically solve any lag or anything else you had problems with.
If your problems are now truly solves I can assure you this app had nothing to do with it at all.

Lol, this gave me a good laugh. But let me shead some light on this.
I have at times where I reboot my phone, and LauncherProPlus force closes. I get two (sometimes three) options. Force close, report, (wait) I'll hit force close or (wait) and oh snap it comes back in three (3) seconds! ...
Bro. What magical ganja you've been smoking?

MOD EDIT - Moved to General Discussion as not relevant to rom development.

Hey everyone-
I'm asking for help from anyone who's willing to. I don't care if it's not normal for "devs" to ask everyone else for help, this is a community and we thrive on helping one another (by the way, I'm no dev).
Here's my situation: I have the next SkinnyEvo rom ready to be released. It's awesome. The only thing holding me back is a 'flickering' of system animations.
I've attached pictures so you can see what I'm talking about - notice the horizontal lines in the battery status when it's charging, or the downloading icon when using the market. It also happens when typing, scrolling text (like music), the launcher, and even some widgets when simply sitting on the homescreen.
From what I've been able to find, this 'flickering' issue used to be common back before I was involved with the HD2. It may seem like a small issue, but after a day of glitchy animations, you'll go crazy.
I've tried different kernels (only hastarins) and many other things.. but I would like to open it up to other suggestions so we can get this rom released! If you would like the rom "as is" to troubleshoot on your own, PM me and I will provide a link for you.
Thanks a bunch!

What he said. He was way faster than me
Well thanks to you both then. That did the trick Much appreciated!
Just wondering if everyone would like to share their setup of their using this app to give ideas and show the capabilities of it's awesomeness, thanks
this is a good idea. Why am i the first to reply? I think it would be awesome to have a place where everyone could share their mtpref files and post pictures showing what they look like. That way people could build upon what others have created. I think it would be a good way to get the creative juices flowing. OP, you should think about creating this thread in the android themeing section. General thread for a specific device? no wonder im the first to reply...

If you touch cookie monster's mouth, circle launcher loads 20+ apps.
And the App: Simple Text (get this if you like text icons).
Did not use the app mentioned in the OP... but I prefer this.
Minimalistic Text
I too, think this is an excellent idea and I'm really surprised there hasnt been more responses. Whats up community?
I just purchased a new Xoom 4G upgrade version and I am searching for setups to get some ideas from all you great peeps. If anybody knows of some good sites to check out that would be great...or of course start posting some Minimalistic screens here would be even better.
Just wanted to post a general thanks to this entire forum and all of the users here. I'm only about 12 hours into flashing/ rooting...all that good stuff, and understand I am a hardcore noob at this. I finally just got around to getting my evo set up to run CM7, and through all the hard work that everyone has done, I am able to access everything I could on my stock rom and SOOOO much more through CM7. I feel like I have a brand new phone again. Thanks to everyone for paving the way for me. Hopefully I will become experienced enough to make some substantial contributions to this forum as I become more experienced. But everything is working great....Thanks to so many people's hard work!
Thanks everyone!.
BTW.. does anyone know of an app to clock data speeds such as: wifi/ wifi tether/ 3g, 4g/ GPS
i dont want to blast you because your thanking everyone, but those kinds of posts, like number 1 belong in the comments section or a PM to whoever has helped you and the second post you made belongs in the Q and A section, nevertheless...http://tinyurl.com/3ucq99t

Here you have an "automatic" debloater:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/themes-apps/cwm-bloatware-removal-script-t3067501
The forum is full of those ..
Though freezing/stopping apps first .. then if so you wish uninstall them is the safest way .. I don't recommend auto debloaters at all for the simple facts that devices/Roms differ and devs can't possibly test all of them ..
Key is : stop what you don't use "now" delete what you are sure that you'll never use ..
For privacy reasons all pre installed apps that can be downloaded "should be deleted and installed freshly " especially after rooting and using privacy apps that cloak such as xprivacy ..
Apps that are pre-installed would know everything about your device even if you block their access & permissions later on ..

Last night ,I was looking into some features of Android 13 ,but couldn't find the settings on the phone to enable one-handed mode. But after few minutes of digging ,I was able to enable it.

Hi OP, asking proactively for donations or likes or "upvotes" is not allowed on XDA. I have changed the category of this thread and removed related post.
Thanks for understanding

Ok,I thank everyone for the patience.
So there is an App in Play Store whose name is Activity Launcher
After installing it,open the app.
Search for 'Oneh'
You will see one-handed mode.
Open it and launch the activity.
Turn on the one-handed shortcut.
That's it
Enjoy the one-handed mode on your Phone(1).
I hope this helps everyone
Enjoy
