Is there a way to get MIUI on our device? - XPERIA X8 General

I would to know if our device can get miui...? Why can't we get it? :0
Sent from my X8 using XDA App

Some MIUI apps make use of flash, and since ARMv6 CPU doesn't support it we can't have an MIUI ROM, however there are some MIUI themes, you may want to try them out, or port them for the ROM you're using

Yeah i know...but i read that they are working on a miui rom for th htc hero and htc hero is arm6...so is there any hope?

Many thanks. Will try em.
DHD frm XDA App
Be careful and have fun.
Ok.. tried to flash with full wipe zip, clear dalvik cache. Flash was successful until it starts to reboot once I turned the WiFi on. And its stuck on bootloop. Seeing the prob, I flash back to my previous ROM. any thoughts?

Read the first thread of cm7 mate...
You should reboot first after the flash of rom...
Never turn on wifi at first reboot..
Always reboot 1x2x to make it as fresh as possible..

Thanks mate. Will try again tomorrow.

How to access the phone SD through PC? When i connect to PC, it just shows charging, USB debugging. The option to sync or access SD is not there.
Sent from my Desire HD using XDA App
Just touch in the notification "charging", the same way you do in sense...

[Q] Live TV on CM7

I have a rooted Wildfire with CM7. When i try to watch Live TV it just had sound and no picture. Everything works fine when i use "streamimg media player" on stock rom. Plz help me.
Maybe due to absence of htc flashlite when shifting from stock rom to aosp.

I'm not sure whether it is related to flashlite or not.
But flashlite is a sense only app. Only sense roms have it (atleast yet)

Thank you for your answer, may be i should try a sense base rom to check it. Can you suggest me one?

Would you like to see 2.3.7 on the wildfire?

Reading through the android dev forums, I read that someone has the sources and files ready to port 2.3.7 to many devices including the Wildfire (buzz). So my question is, would you want a AOSP or CM7 style ron?

Listen bro, the reason that cyanogen has android 2.3.7 is becuz for the Nexus S, S4G and the Nexus One... Becuz its a fix for the following stuff... Also, for every phone, 2.3.6 and 2.3.7 has no changes for any device, so dont expect anything new, more of it, is the bugfixes for nexus... Just keep praying that hoping ur phone will have... CYANOGENMOD8...

Did you try Purumod Darkbreeze? I didnt... But its supposed to be really fast... Has a nice theme too!
I suggest Kyrillos' ROM v9.4 (OC). I'm using it myself too. It is lagfree(fast), has (almost) no FC's.
Please let me know which ROM he chose, and tell me his experience with it, if you want to?
i would flash kyorarom. very stable and fast
I think, this is as far as this thread is going!!
