Both programs worked last week.. now they arnt downloading anymore..
Only thing I installed since they were working is gladatrix.. I don't see how that could effect it though? Unless it removes something that's needed?
Anybody still using them and working? And anyone with gladatrix do they work for you?
I haven't tried it recently, but about a year ago I found out that ATT seems to block voip ports but only in certain areas. Or at least, sipdroid worked here in washington, then all next week in Missouri it didn't, then I got back and it worked again.

Any Chicago people having 4G issues today? Just stopped working for me last night. Status goes from scanning to connecting and loops like that. Thought it was a rom issue but I have flashed a few different roms, flashed the stock kernel, stock rom, reflashed the wimax update and even did the radio update again. Still wont connect. Just wanted to see if it is just me or maybe it is a network issue.

Just out of curiosity I have had my phone rooted for about 3 months and after switching roms the other day all of a sudden I had very weak. 3g service. Wondering if it could be the software from switching roms or just the phone. Stupid question I know bit still wondering. Thanks

anybody else having problems with voicemail today. i just got a new voicemail that was 6 hrs old. i then tried to leave a voicemail on my phone like 4 times and havent got a single one yet. i then uninstalled the voicemail update and reinstalled now it says it cannot verify my acct. anyoneelse having problems? my wifes evo isnt getting voicemails either.

It depends on many factors. I can get it to work on mine which was a surprise since it didn't used to, but I'm running an ancient EI22 ROM and kernel. Before I changed the kernel it was no go. And only over wifi, I haven't tried it over 4G. I expect 3G would even be a challenge for just audio.
I've skyped on 3G, Wifi and 4G, while it isn't natively compatible, it still asks you if you want to enable Video Calls when you first start it up. It will only work on 2.3 or higher.

Same here. I last tested it on CM9 Beta 0, but I believe it will still work.
go into the setting and check forward facing camera and them it should work
Works fine on mine. EL30 stock.
Works best on wifi, of course, as sprint speeds in San Diego (where I am, anyway) are abysmal.

Damn it! Had phone for over a month. Just used gps and its not good. Hope it can be fixed with update.
Works fine if WiFi on-but needed it to get home tonight and it is a big problem. Can't get closer than 1 mile) and in and out lock

That's weird... mine works great and is a super quick lock... accurate too! If it doesn't get fixed w/ an update i would exchange it... I used to have the Galaxy S and it had an issue w/ the gps antenna not being soldered right into the board... maybe an issue w/ yours, you will have to see.
Do a search for fixes. I saw one posted somewhere that was flashable.

Well, I apologize as there are a few threads on this. Seems to be a real issue. In demand, did you then off WiFi and try? With WiFi mine is spot on.
Lot of threads -no solutions I'm afraid. A few got new phone so no help. A few tried flashing apk's but no help. Hoping firmware?

Haha. Meant can't lock within a mile. In this case "home" meant a hotel to make matters worse.

I'm experiencing the same problems with mine. It can't get a good lock on my location. I thought it was a google maps issue so I downloaded waze but the problem persists. GPS Status app says I'm connected to 4/12 satellite when I'm outside. I want to return it, but my rootchecker has been tripped. It won't reset even after restoring to stock 4 times. In download mode it says "unrooted" for about an hour before going back to "ROOTED" in all red letters. Any help is appreciated.

Followed the instructions below and mine showed unrooted in settings and in download mode.
