[THM] NXE (New Xbox Experience) Theme With Bootscreen!

Ages ago actually:s First my Diamond died, then i got my hands on a Hero, and now as my sig. shows i have e Desire HD
Here it is!
The NXE theme for TF3D
The theme is based on the original New Xbox Experience and i've taken all my inspiration from it.
It only got icons for some tabs since i dont use all of them.
The tabs included are: Home, People, Messages, Camera, Music, Settings and Favourites.
Maybe I'll include some more on my next release (requests?)
This is not my final version, Because I'm not completly satisfied with it myself and i want to hear your opinions on it so far.
It comes with Panorama background (and Bootscreen with the original Xbox start up sound!: optional)
I have now tested this on 3 different diamonds and it works perfectly on all of them.
If you want to change theme:
Remove your current one, soft-reset and install the new one!
Hit OK and your Diamond resets again

Upcoming: First i plan to make a Forza 3 Theme and if that turns out good i'll make a Win7 Theme.
Yes I know there are someWin7 Themes but I have an idea of how i would like it to.
But as metioned I'l go for the FM3 Theme first=)​

I have created a NXE spashscreen=)
I'm not sure how it will turn out, 'cause i had an other "non-stock" splash before so it looked kinda weird.
But i know it works.
And i still need feedbacks.

EDIT:: if you use windows 7 or vista, go to the search / run box in the start menu and type without quotes "snip" and press enter. this will load a screen capture APP.

kk so i installed the bootscreen but it doesnt show

It worked for me the first time:/
If you are using Diamond Tweak "startup animation" must be enabled.
I will look into it as soon as i can=)
Edit: I've tested it again on my Diamond and it worked perfectly fine.
The only thing i can come up with is that i post the .GIF and .WAV so that you can copy them to your Windows directory with total commander.
I will post those files when i get home later to day=)

Its basicly a different visual clock, to read the hours see the left vertical columns and for the minutes see the right 5-rows columns.
The PDF on the site above explains it better...
To use:

- 5 colors to choose from, just press the bottom bar to change colors.
- If you prefer a 12-hour clock, simply click the left numbers after 13h.
- Exit with enter (keypad) or by pressing the top-right area.
- See the "normal" digital clock and date by pressing anywhere else on the screen.
Notes:
-------
- Needs FLASH 7, if it doesnt exit properly, you dont have it.
- Attached the CAB, already with the WM6.5 icon on install.
- Also added a separated swf file, to see it run on your NOKIA, PC or Throttle Launcher..

just wondering if there's a way to make the excess screen on my omnia to default BLACK- then your app would be awesome

Sorry, the software I use for the EXE only allows VGA/QVGA, he doesnt even allow any extra options for the size or screen color.

Just wondering... what is the program you are using for these standalone apps? I could probably use the same thing to make my own FlashGadgets play as standalones, which would make them work across a broader series of device platforms. How to change launcher icons?

I hate the icons that motoblur uses for the stock apps on the phone (camera, dialer, browser, etc.). I have been searching all over for a solution but cant find anything. I'm using Launcher Pro Plus and want to know how I can change the icons that show up in the app drawer to the stock Froyo icons. Thanks!

you can probably download a theme icon pack for lp+
at least on adw that's what i can do..

root your phone, download ninjamorph, load up blur-res.apk, find ic_launcher_(app you want to replace).png from an AOSP rom and use it to replace the one in blur-res.apk in ninjamorph. finish project. done.

it's real simple. find some icons you like and place them on your sdcard. On your homescreen (if you are using Launcher Pro), long press a blank area, and choose "Shortcuts". then, at the top of that screen, choose "Applications". Once you find your application (say Maps), then click the old icon above the app name and you can browser your gallery app for a replacement icon. click the icon you want to use as a replacement then click ok. now you have a different icon for that app on your homescreen. This is the easiest way to do it without editing your framework-res files, etc. NOTE: this only changes the icon on the homescreen, it will still be the original icon in the app drawer. It takes a bit of time to do this, but well worth it IMO.
EDIT: I just re-read your OP, this won't change the icon in the app drawer, only the homescreen... [/facepalm]

Seems like on of the best themes for xperia, except few things I'd like to change.
Grey notification bar and its hard to see clock and icons.
I'd like to see symbols instead of words in navigation bar.
Also golden/brown color accent would be nice.

Cool theme, just did not like the background color systemui when you open the settings, I found much whiter, I modified and left black! I will attach to anyone. Thank you :good:

Android Oreo - unreadable notifications due to white background

I've updated my device to Android Oreo (AOSP Extended) and immediately noticed the new "design choices", which led to the following problem:

The progress bar, the name of the app (which is showing the notification) and its icon are completely missing, is there any way to fix this?! Unfortunately I didn't find any way to change the background colour - it would be even better to get rid of the new "everything is white" design, but I would be already happy, if I could at least read my notifcations ^^
I have already spent way too much time searching for a solution, but I didn't find anything (except installing Subtratum Theme Engine, which seems to be a bit unreasonable for just changing the background colour), so you're my last hope

You don't like the new design? It's called Ultra Minimalistic Material. Deal with it, it'll grow on you soon. Besides you should know what's in the notification by now...
jokes aside, just use AEX 5.6. It worked flawlessly. You can also change color on both the rom you have and 5.6, just go to Settings - Display - more
