[Q] Nexus 7 firmware and CSC questions

Guys,
I am from Indonesia, and I want to buy Nexus 7 32GB with 3G from Hongkong.
Now I need to know, if I can use Hongkong's Nexus 7 in Indonesia.
Will Hongkong version have different firmware than Indonesia version? Especially that Indonesia hasn't seen any Nexus 7 yet. Can it be flashed using US version?
What about CSC? Can I use hongkong CSC in Indonesia?
Thank you so much.

If it already has Gapps then it's likely been opened and flashed unless it's a HK version but not sure about it having Gapps. The N9100 brand new Chinese mainland version doesn't come with any Google stuff on it. You'd need to root, install CWM, then flash Gapps. This, of course, trips Knox and prevents OTA updates in future although flashing via Kies should work.
Be careful - buy from legitimate places (carrier stores, well established resellers with history, etc) unless you want to risk acquiring a clone or pre-modded phone.

Not so in some regions like mainland China which is where the N9100 is intended for although there may be a N9100 variant specifically for HK (?)
Sent from my SM-N9100
Becareful that might be a clone!!!
guys i also came to know about the same and he told me that there are international version which has same !!!!!! he send me screenshot & i checked on honk kong website & it says google apps are installed !!!
me too confused.
I checked official Samsung Hong Kong website, there is no Note 4 N9100
In addition, I found a seller in eBay from Hong Kong mentioned "This phone is Chinese Version and the Rom is built by professional engineering team, which will optimize the phone performance and function based on the Official Firmware.(Support Multi-language / Support Google Play Store / Remove of China apps)"
From where they get N9100 international version with Google apps ????
Yes there is a Hong Kong version of N9100 Note 4 Dual SIM (N9100ZHU1ANK2) with Google Play services pre-installed (non-root). I'm 100% sure cos I just bought 1 in Hong Kong last week at HK$5,100
In Samsung official HK website (http://www.samsung.com/hk_en/home) you can see on some of the banners that says the Note 4 is "available in 32GB and in Dual SIM version". The Dual SIM version has only 16GB though.
The packing box is exactly same as posted by dhawal4u. It has the Samsung Hong Kong website address printed on the box and that big warranty sticker (model no.: SM-N9100ZKUTGY). It supports the following languages: Deutsh, English (UK), English (US) Francais, Italiano, Korean, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (HK) and Chinese (Traditional). This version is definitely better than the China N9100 that comes without Google services.

rooting Note 4 Dual Sim HK version 16GB
Hi Guys,
DO you know which files is needed to root the Galaxy Note 4 N9100ZHU1BOC4 Dual Sim ?
It seems that Chainfire has still not released a proper .zip to root this one. I'm under lollipop 5.0.1
Thank you for your help and advice.
Is there a firmware image available for HK version of N9100 ? Is it possible to convert CN 9100 to HK n9100 ?

[Q] SM-N900 - TGY, SER.. what's the difference?

I just upgraded my Note 3 to Lollipop. Used a firmware version from Hong Kong (TGY), and Odin to flash it to the unit.
But I wonder: from a user perspective, what is the difference between the Hong Kong and, for instance, the Russian (SER) or any other SM-N900 Lollipop version? There must be, otherwise they wouldn't exist, should they?

Looking at Samsung's update history... Hong Kong variant of n910u updates is released about 2-4 months later compared to the New Zealand variant. I would say we should get the update first week of December(?)
i updated the New Zealand version 5.1.1 of vodafone - i am trying the HD VOICE in Israel Orange but it's not working - i tried to enter the technical menu to AMR settings , but i cant change to AMR -WB , any suggestions?
Can I upgrade my 910U (5.0.1) having following firmware to 5.1.1 NZ ROM available at Sammobile:
My current Stock ROM
Bootloader Version:
N910UXXU1BOHC
PDA Version:
N910UXXU1BOHC
CSC Version:
N910UZZT1BOHC
Baseband Version:
N910UXXU1BOHC
What i understand is tht as ROMs for 910U serve more than one country (new zealand, hongkong, tiawan etc) so one can install ROMs for one country on an another country provided the Note 4 model is the same i.e. 910U.
Thnx
