Error opening trace file: No such file or directory (2)

Hello,
I did a search on this forum and did not find a solution. This is my first time using the forum by the way. Anyways, I am developing my first application with one main activity that has two buttons each trying to open another activity.
When I try to run the app in Eclipse, I get the following error:
Error opening trace file: No such file or directory (2)
Any direction on how I can solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Need help with my app

Hi I'm working on a custom Android launcher I'm running into a little problem I have an image button that indicates show all applications but the problem is I don't know the code syntax to show all installed applications when that button is clicked!!
Please help I tried googling for the last four hours and getting very frustrated

Maybe you should use PackageManager to query the installed applications for you.
For example, when you want the list of launchable activities. You can do like this:

2. override the method "getTargetIntent()" in LauncherActivity

[Q] JDBC in android fragment not working

I am working on an android application that modifies an external MySQL database. I know I can use an intermediate PHP/JSON service to do it, but I rather use JBDC because connection is faster and my project teachers want me to do it this way.

The problem is when I try to use fragments, eclipse returns no errors but JDBC code is not working (logcat gives me no errors too). I know that's only the JDBC code which is not working because it gets inside the LED13ON and makes the SystemClock.sleep(2000), because the button is marked for two seconds. So I don't understand why being the same code it's not working for the second app, having changed the setOnClickListener to work in the fragment. Can anyone help me? I would really like to use the swipe views for my app as I think it fits more the android Holo style.

You'll have to learn about Android Service and extend that, instead of Activity.
