SGS2 build.prop - Galaxy S II General

For anyone that is interested here is the build.prop for the SGS2.

I've also attached it for those who don't want to visit pastebin (remember to unzip it for the file).
DO NOT FLASH THE .ZIP FILE!!!! That is your warning, so if you do so and your phone bricks, it is your own fault
Not that it would flash anyway. I'm just covering my arse
Also if you want any cool stuff, just request and I'll post it.

How to repack Apk files?

How i can Repack an APK, actually i take a look into my framework-res.apk y just rename to framework-res.zip and unpack as almost all know, i can then replace my drawable png but after this what should i do? to push it using adb (not recovery) do i need sign this apk??? can i use ZipSigner in case i need? or just push?
And last question: i want to create more stats for my battery:now the Atrix has:
stat_sys_battery_40.png
stat_sys_battery_50.png
....
and so on 10 in 10 i want to make 1 by one (of course i need make the png) but its just posible make this?
stat_sys_battery_41.png
stat_sys_battery_42.png
stat_sys_battery_43.png
....

I think even if you create the stats files, the system won't pick them up. The Gingerblur ROM has them all in 1% increases, but only the 20% increments are shown, plus of course 15% and 10%.
To answer your question: in order to do this, you need to add the changed files the the framework-res.apk zip file WITHOUT unzipping it (drag and drop is your friend). The apk file is signed, and unless you know how to sign it (I don't), you cannot simply re-zip it. I changed the connectivity icons myself, see this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=12404672&postcount=2136
You can change the framework-res.apk file live, but be warned - that may mess up your blur stuff.
*edit* use 7zip, you can open the archive directly, no need to rename

[Q] How to create an flashable .zip file

Hello all,
I am looking for a good comprehensive guide to creating my own .zip files to flash certain changes I like to make when flashing a rom or just adding files.
Now I have found a few good guides here on XDA but they seem to no longer apply as the update script needs to be in edify and not amend. This is the issue I am having so if anyone can point me to a walk through that explains this type of thing I would appreciate it.
Anyone?
lol, i dont think developers/people-with-knowledge would go into a Q&A sub-forum .
I'm neither on of them, however here is my would-be-successful attempt p) :
1- Make all your modifications and finalize them, the root folder must be /system/ .
2- use apktool to recompile as an apk (apktool b system)
3- sign that .apk.
4- rename extension to zip and violla
theoretically, it should work.
Not shure if this can help you, but i created a zip (original Script is from dungphp) to replace files on my device from CWM:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1241244

Can someone do me a favor!

Please I really need someone with root and didn't deleted some files do this for me!
If you are not sure you are the person, do it anyway, maybe it can be useful!
Ok. Run the file attached (remember to unzip first) and see if there is 2 files on the folder (after you ran it!), the files are "recovery-from-boot.p" and "install-recovery.sh". If you found those files, please upload them to me, as I download it I give you thanks and mention you on my Thread LordAIOTool, I need the files to use on it!
Thanks
I'm not on Windows, but looking at your batch file, it looks like all you're doing is pulling /system/etc/install-recovery.sh and /system/recovery-from-boot.p, yes?
If that's the case, here's those two files from my MZ604.

Ok, thanks
Sent from my MZ605 using XDA App
FYI recovery-from-boot.p only works for a specific boot images (namely the stock one that is shipped from google).
If you try to use this file on any other boot image it will fail.
Keep up the good work, looking forward to your #10 AIO Tool! Hope you fixed the Mount SD card issue.

Poll-do you want oxygen-dlt.rar ?

So, you may know that I have another thread here where we are trying to crack the password for dlt-cm.rar
There is a second file called oxygen-dlt.rar
This file can restore the opo to stock oxygenos
I don't have the file but if anybody has it, please upload it. Oxygen-dlt.rar is password protected BTW
Please vote on the poll and tell me if you really need this file or if dlt-cm.rar will be just fine
If enough people vote for yes, I'll try to get the password to this file
Does anyone firstly have this encrypted file ?
I would be happy to release it but I only have dlt-cm.rar
Let me explain what these files do
Dlt-cm.rar (I already have a thread about cracking this one and mirrors for this file are up) - this one restores it to stock cm
Oxygen-dlt.rar (I only have proof that the file exists, I have no download link and no mirrors for it) - this one restores it to stock oxygenos
Both of these use Qualcomm download mode. The process is similar to @netbuzz's unbrick method but with these files, you can go directly to cm/oxygenos instead of going to coloros and then cm. It is also safer to use these files and saves a lot of time
Request to mods to close this thread
I'll try to get oxygen-dlt.rar
Thread closed at OP's request.

(need help finding firmware files) AP_G935PVPSACSI2 md5 file mysteriously demands password after converting to zip format for extract

I'm trying to fix this phone and just went through the headache of a throttled download of the recovery files. I need the AP and BL md5 files to extract. (after ensuring the full filename including the extension were displayed, then appending ".zip" to them) The BL file, extracted no problem. I have that extracted and everything is as expected. The AP, though, for absolutely no reason I can tell is demanding a password that shouldn't exist and the extract fails if I just hit extract (I'd assumed it was some sort of bug with the archive software, but I've tried the built-in windows archive handler, winrar and 7zip, all demanded a password and failed).
"okay so I'll just grab another bundle, this one is clearly messed up"
turns out there are hundreds, maybe thousands, of sketchy sites all claiming to have the firmware files I need and I'd really rather somebody who knows their stuff point me in the right direction than spend hours risking the security of my devices and very possibly risking a brick by grabbing the wrong batch.
edit: I'm seeing guides claiming you only need the combination firmware and odin will handle it, but I'm ALSO seeing guides claiming that attempting this without extracting specific files from the AP and BL archives and using a different method will brick your device. I'm erring with caution here because this old phone is the only one I could dig up that wasn't shelved for hardware/bricking issues, and as useless as it is it would be that much worse as a paperweight. If anybody can clear this up for me that would be great. I'd gladly do this with the un-extracted md5s if that's actually not a problem but I'm not risking the device to guess.

galaxy s7 edge, above is the info from recovery. can anybody help me find the 5 combination firmware files that match this device, without a password lock (or with the password included)?
