Hey, guys today they released the Atrix in the UK, i was hoping that somone could do a /system dump of it and upload it somewhere, or pm it to me. If thats not possible i would like to ask someone to copy the three .bin files from their /system/etc/firmware/wifi/ , zip them up and pm me a link to them. I would be really greatful (those are just the wifi drivers, which i need to test if the unlocked ATT Atrix, on which in some countries wifi stops working, can be fixed with).

4g is a marketing gimmick
theres no 4G in the usa
it is merely HSPA+
The 4g doesnt mean anything... the phone has the same hardware. I realy just need the three driver binarys. So please anyone pm them to me. I mean a complete system dump would be awesome too but for the beginnig id really like the drivers. Thanks

they should be good cuz those r the ones i used to unbrick my telus fascinate 3g+, is 2.2... afterwards i update it to 2.3 using kies

to be honest i just came up on them but i uploaded them send me your email ill send ya the link i want testers first before i just put it up public and people start bricking phones ive had one person try it out they say its working great
I like how it is on my phone it looks better than the stock rom and everything works 3g, 4g, wifi, data etc.

Hello everyone, i flashed newest android 4.4.2 and i used it for about week. And today at morning, i couldnt call anyone. When i tried to call anyone, there was massage "Not registered on network". So i tried to flash another 4.4.2 ROM, and nothing helped, so i tried 4.2.2 and that failed. So i dont know what to do, to solve that. If you need any info about it, just ask me for it, and ill do my best to provide it. Thanks.

My samsung s4 4g is rooted and everything works fine with custom rom
My wifi works fine
but my network works only if the network preferred type is set to gsm only i.e 2g
if i keep on wcdma or lte it doesnt work

Soo.. google is retarted in the whole country specific apps situation. I am dual citizen currently in the states for a long time and Capital One Canada just came out with a mobile android app!! Can somebody please install and use apk extractor to get APK then email to me? Thanks will be givin I have tried soo many ways to get this app... if there is any US apps you want id be happy to do the same!

Now that i have installed it, even if i reinstall phone i can install the app and i can get future updates, its weird how they have it set up but if you successfully install out of market app then you can download it straight from GP in the future! If you ever need an american app let me know I should have tried xda first went to soo many shady websites trying to find apk and my phone says it cant use vpn for some reason maybe because i have such a debloated ROM.

I hope this post finds you all in a good health.
Yesterday I dumped my system and boot partitions to an image. Today when I was restoring my system I found that my system image is corrupted, because I unplugged my external usb flash without umounting it first. I had to do that to revert to default untouched system, because I rendered it unusable while trying to debug some stuff. I was trying understand why IR blaster is not working. Many people are complaining about that and I wanted to resolve this problem.
These sh!ts happen all the time when you work on something unfamiliar. Lesson learnt: Never do important stuff too late at night when you are tired and had to do lots of other things at the same time. I admit that this was my mistake. I always do backups and I wanted to upload it to google drive as a stock ROM, but now I have only the boot image.
I would kindly like to ask if somebody can provide not only for me, but for all of us who are using this phone, a stock system image? I can treat beers, kiss asses, etc
I have my boot image on my google drive already so I can provide it to whoever gives the system image to make them available for everyone.
I flashed HTC One M9+ stock system rom, thanks to yvtc75 and his post http://forum.xda-developers.com/one-m9/one-m9-general/htc-one-m9-stock-backup-stock-recovery-t3190453 and all the guys here giving help to the community (sent some thanks). The phone is working pretty well though, but I can't use my camera, it makes pictures in alien style colours. :laugh:
I do really want to continue looking for the IR problem and to share it with the community, because I think I got some advancement and of course to use my phone at the fullest.

Yes, I checked. GSMArena says there is, HTC Live tech support said there is and they were actually very surprised when I said that there are plenty of people complaining out there. You can actually see it on top of the phone. I opened a thread in Trouble-shooting section in this forum about the IR issue. I started investigating the problem, but late time work after work is not a good work at all!

No,it's dummy though you can see it on the top of the phone.
The difference between M9+ and M9+ is not only camera,but also IR blaster even they adopted the same body.

I found a link with Android 6 stock rom suitable for HTC M9 plus supreme camera edition, but you need to complete the survey to download the file. I was able to download only the first part because I didn't like the survey. Let me know if you want the link and if you will be able to skip the survey and download the files.

Is there any chance to talk with any developer of the xda forum to ask and maybe help him for make any firmware upgrade? I mean I would like to be happy help us giving what they want like the phone firmware in itself, kernel, everything.
I was told by HTC tech support that the supreme camera edition does not have an ir blaster. My Taiwanese friend even confirmed it and conveyed HTC Taiwan message to me, "hardware modifications are common, there is no ir blaster for the supreme camera edition." In fact, other people got the same message from HTC. Look at gsm arena comments about the phone.
