Hi,
I am experiencing some wierd behaviour with the zune app, was wandering if it's just my phone or is it a known issue:
1. I plug my phones
2. I open zune and select a song
3. The volume is set to some reasonable value.. lets say 15.
4. I play the song
5. The song value is very low
6. I unplug the phones
7. I plug the phones again
8. I resume playing the song
9. The song volume is higher, as expected
10. The song finish playing
11. The next song starts playing
12. That song is gain in very low volume
Maybe it has to do with Zune player. can you recommend another player? I couldn't find one on the market
...........??

I was having problems adjusting the volume on Windows Media Player and getting it to stay at the same level next time I open it.
(The reason being I wanted to reduce the volume to 0% as I have the Motorola HT820 bluetooth headphones, and I don't want to tick automute cos the phone doesn't ring and I can't use Voice Command, and I don't want music blaring out of the internal speaker when I am listening on the headphones.) Every time I closed Windows Media Player using Pocket Plus, it would reset the volume again.
This is a fix/workaround. Open Windows Media Player, start playing a song, adjust the volume to desired level, then pause the song. Next, go to Start, Settings, Memory, Running Programs, and close Windows Media from there. Next time you open, hey presto, the volume level has been saved.
I have spent hours searching for a registry fix etc.....and didn't realise the problem was as a result of closing Windows Media with Pocket Plus's Close utility.
Hope this helps people out there.
Hey guys,
I have this really weird problem with windows media player. (I also have the lag as most of U, but that's not the bigest problem for me)
Everytime I startup windows media player to listen to music, I select a song and it starts playing. No problems so far. But after a little while, sometimes 20 or 30 seconds, the player skips to the next song, plays the first 30 seconds or so and skips to the next song, on and on. It's not always 30seconds, sometimes it skips to the next song after a few minutes. (but it rarely plays a song till the end)
I really hope u can help me!
ROM: SkippyCentraal SCv3.5 HD (also with other ROMs)
Radio: 1.09.25.23
Ive never really used it on my phone, but it sounds like its set just to play the intros of the song. Its happened to me on a couple of media players before, you just get the first few seconds of the song then it moves onto the next one.
Try looking in the settings and see if you can change it.
Hope that helps!
I had the same problem when using raphael volume control. the problem was solved when installed diamond volume control. if you use raphael volume control, try this
Hey
I do have the same problem. Dis you solve this problem?
Edwin.
Picture this: you're out and about listening to a song on your phone, and when you return to your computer you hit a button and playback continues on your computer right from where you left off. Or the reverse where you're listening to a song on your computer and shift it to your phone as you head out the door.
I doubt this currently exists but it seems like something that could be implemented with the new cloud messaging service in 2.2. It seems like you would need a plugin for the music player on your computer, but basically I'm imagining a system where the touch of a button pauses playback on the current device, transmits the file name and position to the corresponding device, and then starts playback.
Am I dreaming too big here?
Go into Windows Mobile. Turn on the Audio Booster. Go play a song in Windows Media Player. While said song is playing go start up Android. When Android starts, go play a song. It doesn't matter what radio or rom you have, the song will play normally with no distortion whatsoever. Be warned, if a notification plays first you'll have no more sound. It only plays one sound/song before you have no audio at all.
Tested on TMOUS Stock.
Has anyone had this issue? I will start playing music in the media player and then I will turn the screen off. The music finished playing and then it just stops. It won't go to the next song in the queue until I wake it back up. This happens with other media players too, I've found.
I haven't had this problem on the tab, but I have on my phone. Although I have another problem on the Toshiba Tab where the volume will be stuck on full, despite what the volume shows when I press the rocker.
