do you have Cyanogenmod Settings in Settings? if so, there should be section for custom brightness levels, where you can set it separately for the screen and for the hardkeys - at least that's how it is in AMA, which is CM-based

Hey guys,
I've been using WinMo 6.5 for a while now, since maybe v7 by Miri and I was wondering, is are there any problems in installing the aforementioned programs? They're the first 2 programs I install after a hard-reset and I noticed that unlike when they're not installed the performance of my phone actually goes down (speed-wise). I'm using 8 MB cache, 16k system filter and 128kb glyph, could these settings be too low in comparison for what Miri presets his ROM to? I mainly use the programs for reg changes that I can't remember to find. Any thoughts or ideas?
If no one know then can they please tell me where in Registry to go so I can see the values before and after the changes and decided based on what is higher?
can anyone please direct me to the latest HD Tweak apps? thanks..

I've been trying to figure out how to install the evo keyboard to the mattc sense, I just need the keyboard with the arrows any help appreciated
Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App
I want that as well very bad and I was keep on asking for help as well but it seem that no one knows or no one wants to help.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=696543
there's a mod, but so far only works for desire (with sense) on 2.1.
Can't use that since you need to install via recovery which HD2Droid doesn't have & I tried an evo_ime.apk , hope someone figures it out, it sucks not having no arrows.

When i had a g1 the devs used odexing to speed up the system. If i recall correctly you need both the .odex and .apk in the same directory for it to work as well as an odexed rom. So i dont think that version will work for us.
do you have the apk for evo, so I can try.
just download the fresh evo rom from evo forum. All apks are in it.
Is this made for hd2 or native evo only?

AS A WORKAROUND:
Get htc_ime_jonasl_hires22_27.zip (keyboard) from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=624416 (Click -> High resolution version (Froyo/2.2)) Now you can use VOLUME KEYS AS ARROWS when keyboard is open. (Enable it from android settings -> keyboard and set it by tapping and holding a text box. Also goto settings, languages and keyboard, htc ime mod settings, user interface, volume keys , select move cursor.
Now I am able to get the cursor where I want easily.

Hi
So far only Hyperdroid CM7 has the option to move the status bar to the bottom plus add Softkeys (hardware buttons) to the status.
Some ROM's move the status bar to the bottom, but missing the Sofkeys option.
I have tried the following ROM's..
NexusHD2-Gingerbread_V2.7_NAND_(Android-2.3.4)
TyphooN_CM7_v3.2.1-MAGLDR
HyperDroid-GBX-v12-signed
I don't want to go crazy flashing too many ROM's to find this feature.
If you know any ROM's that have both options please add to this thread.
HTC HD2 T9193 Telstra
I'd hyperdroid has it why not use it?

then you mustve had a bad flash
ive been using hyperdroid cm7 for 4 or 5 days and have had
no problems at all
What do you mean by a bad flash?
Sent from my HD2 using XDA App
Put "cm7 tablet tweaks" into Google and install them yourself.
Thanks for the tip Sam, I'll figure it out..
After I do "wipe data/factory reset" I would install the ROM without rebooting.. could this cause a bad flash?
I did a fresh install with a reboot before flashing. Hope this makes a difference.

Dorimanx has both and more
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1166948
ive been using hyperdroid for a while for same reason.....
the dorimanx rom has both and built in voltage tweaks
(hyperdroid does too but u have to copy the file to the int.rc folder)
other than that it has android 2.3.5and some data
tweaks in the build.prop file that help (me) with faster data
speed and battery consumption because of the
phone trying to find 3g+ signal all the time
hope this helps ......im on 2.7.1 but there is newer versions
i think i like it more than hyperdroid
TMOUS
2-10mA average standby
200-250mb free ram average
245mhz=850 voltage (too low for most but it works for me)

I have two htc hd2 with the same rom 2.3.3 and one is ok but the other one has this problem.
I have installed the miui 1.2.5 android 2.3.5 to the problem one but still the same.
You have had this problem before or installing this rom created the problem? Have you tried with other roms??
