Its fast its nice but how can I do following:
Install programs only on sd card for saving internal memory?
stop the sound of fotocam by shooting a foto?
enable led on recording videos?
thx
To Put the Apps on the SD Card you must Root your Nexus.
To stop the sound of the Camera you can disable the sound in your settings by pressing menu.
Enable the LED during recording may require root as well. I think thats the only way, possibly with Nexus Torch. Not sure though.

two more issues, how can i use adove flash f.e. i would like to view the desktop youtube site version but it wont work... is there a way like its shown in some presetation videos?
is there any software out for sharing the connection (wlan or 3g) with a windwos computer, my nexus one would became a wlanstick?
I've heard Camera FX on the market has the ability to turn off the sound. Not sure, but someone mentioned that.
Dolphin browser will allow you to set yourself as a "desktop" which should make all website's show up as they normally would on a computer, but I don't know if youtube would work like this. It might require flash update that we will get shortly.
Eitherway, your youtube thing will be fixed soon.

You could program your own widget, or find one that suits your needs better in the market. There isn't an easy way to change them otherwise.
One ideal Skype use is to be able to communicate via WiFI in any country. However, there appears there is yet no way to send voice into the nook, either Bluetooth or USB headset.
There are reports of folks being to hear but not send.
For travelers, would it be possible to send tones to a voice connection that would provide access to voice mail which could be listened to???
Any thoughts appreciated.
If i remember correctly all voice drivers were removed and the headphone slit in the nook does not support voice input either
Sent from my NookColor using Tapatalk
Audio is not supported. Understood.
The query is whether touch-tones can be digital generated to operate devices or VM remotely using Skype. The connection is complete, all that is needed are the tones.
Add on to skype question
I'd like to add on to the previous skype question about the nook color. Even though there is no camera, and no microphone, is there a way to still receive calls(video and/or audio). I've done some testing and it seems I can't receive calls or my friends video because it won't pick up a cam or mic from the nook color.
A suggestion to what I'm asking is to find a way to simulate or make a fake virtual camera that's blank so that skype will think there is a camera, and receive video from the other end of the call.
Any help is appreciated

Skype does have a dialpad built into it. If you click on the little bubble with the plus on it, there should be an option. I tried it with mute on, though, and it didn't play the DTMF tones. I wasn't sure if you tried that already or not. Surely there is a way to do this.

I'm not sure if I fully understand. If audio maybe the issue, is video a viewable possibility for skype calls? If so, any ways to accomplish that?

If you still need Skype with dialpad (removed in latest version) you can use the 2.9.0.315 version. Download it from androiddrawer.com
Anyone tried any call recording software yet?
Are you root/non root?
Which app do you use?
Does it record the audio stream or just what the microphone picks up from the speaker?
I use ACR - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nll.acr
It works perfectly fine to record both sides of the conversation.
The incoming audio is a little on the softer side but still very audible
I paid for the licensed version as well.
What config do you use???

Just add ACR to your unmonitored apps under battery so that Doze does not kill the app

1. The programmer communicates with you if you have a problem. I've written him over XDA a couple of times, and he has always helped me.
2. If the app does not support the mobile phone (new models on the market), just write to him and he looks at it right away.
3. Regular updates.
4. Many options for recording such as formats, filters etc.
5. When you start the app for the first time, the application will set itself the most suitable settings for that mobile.
6. You don't need to have root.
Look, I tried many apps, but Call Recorder is the first choice for me.

I tried Boldbeast but it does not record properly. It asks me to remove all other recorders, which I do not have in the first place. I even removed the default voice recorder, but it still asks me to remove other recorders. Strange. I uninstalled the app.

Most possibly, you enabled the OK Google app in your phone. OK Google is occupying the microphone, it is continuously picking up sound from the microphone to recognize your "voice command", and this blocks Boldbeast working. Please disable the "Settings > Google > Search > Voice > OK Google detection > From any screen" option in your phone, then it works at once.
About the "can not record any call" problem, actually there are 7 possible reasons, have a look at the [001] part in this page: http://www.boldbeast.com/android/call_recorder_troubleshooting.html
Test again, it 100% works.

It quit working on my Galaxy S8.
I tried using Boldbeast as some people stated here but it didn't even record. No recordings where found.
I am using ACR as also indicated on here and it seems to be working for the moment.
I am using the AT&T Galaxy S8. do I have the one that doesn't support call recording? I was reasding on other forums and people are saying some S8s are blocked from recording calls.

The Android Oreo update has impacted recording on some Samsung S8 and 8+ and all S9's. I've been a paid user of ACR for a year now and it's awesome, but even they are scratching their heads about this b/c it's impacting everyone.

Hi, my phone mic doesn't work when I make a call via third party apps like Line and Whatsapp, and it also doesn't record a sound when I recording video. In contrast, when I make a call using Phone app, the mic working just fine. It also responding when I said "OK Google". Does anybody know how to fix my problem?
Here's the thing that I already tried:
1. Using an external microphone
2. Try to cleaning the mic hole with a pin
3. Try using built in Recorder app
4. Checking the microphones permission
5. Try to shut down my phone for half an hour
None of the above works. It irritates me because now I only able to make a call using built in app, while my contact mostly at the third party apps. Can somebody help me? I'm using Pixel Experience ROM Android 10

Hello to everyone,
I hope someone could help me, i need to record any phone call that i make/receive, the phone should record the call without messages to the caller about the phone call is recorded.
Did someone can tell me how can i do this? i have seen that one option is to root the device but if someone have other suggestion is better for me than root the device.
I have also tried this app: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...cord-phone-calls-from-the-phone-line.1441643/ but use the microphone so sometimes there are very noise.

Yes. I am in the same situation. The only things I can think of are, 1. A call recorder app. or, 2. Using a different dialer, say from a Oneplus phone. But I'm still looking into it. I have been using a call recorder app that seems to work somewhat okay but not that great.
I Hope Simeone could help US..
I have also seen that changing the phone app Is not the solution because some apps uses CSC

That's good to know because I was going to try it. The thing is, depending on what version you have, call recording is built in. So that tells me that all variants could have it built in maybe ? Not sure but I am continuing to do research when I have the time.
Yes, I think that every android phone have this functionality, the problem is that phone app use CSC to enable o not, this is what I have understand

Not really. I do have two apps installed that are recording calls pretty good ! One of them I installed from Google play called Call recorder. And the other one is one that I came across in one of the posts for the Nothing phone. I have both running at the same time and both are recording calls pretty good. However, I would rather have the inbuilt option.
I'm from Italy and have Nothing Phone for a couple of weeks now so I may be missing something.
I've tried ACR, a well thought app for call recording, but unfortunately it doesn't record bluetooth calls (earphone or car's) so as a couple of other apps. I guess it's a problem that every third party app is having, given Google policy.
So, I'm using the Google phone app call recording utility (upper right corder three dots > settings > call recording). This option has popped out the first time I put in the sim card. I suppose everyone can access this option but with Google you never know...
This makes available a button on the phone screen, a switch between call recording and not recording. Actually, it's only manageable when the call is started and it's available switching in the second screen of the app.
Overall it works pretty well, even on Bluetooth calls. The calls are accessible via the call log history and can de saved. The only drawdown is that you have to put a meaningful name to the file when saving it.
What drives me CRAZY is that it doesn't have the option to ALWAYS record the calls. Apparently, it's an available option (Google has a help page dedicated: https://support.google.com/phoneapp/answer/9803950?hl=en) but not for the Italian version. Or at least for my version
Does anyone know if and how I can make it a permanent choice? I don't want to manually switch it every time...
Any help is very appreciated
