EN: Hello! I frequently use CoolTek TouchPal and I've noticed that it doesn't have a Romanian dictionary. It's a pitty since TouchPal is a very good application for quick writing using the touchscreen. I've thus created a romanian dictionary for this program. I did not include accents since I'm not too sure how well they'd work in data transmissions. If there are requests for this though, I'll release another version which does autocompletition based on accents.
RO: Salutare! Utilizez foarte des CoolTek TouchPal si am constatat ca nu are un dictionar Romanesc. Este pacat, TouchPal este o aplicatie foarte buna pentru scriere rapida direct de pe ecran. Am creat astfel un dictionar romanesc pentru acest program. Nu am inclus accentele fiindca nu sunt sigur cat de bine s-ar potrivi atunci cand este vorba de transmisii de date si asa mai departe. Daca exista cerere insa, voi scoate si o versiune care autocompleteaza bazata pe accentele romanesti.

EN: The only thing you need to do is unzip the referenced file where you've installed CoolTek's TouchPal so that your final path looks something like this: \Program Files\TouchPal\Surfaces\Romanian which will contain Romanian.img, surface.data and user_dict.txt. After that, when TouchPal shows up on your device, tap "abc" and select Romanian (QWERTY) and you're set
RO: Singurul lucru care trebuie sa-l faceti este sa dezarhivati fisierul de mai jos unde ati instalat CoolTek TouchPal astfel incat "path"-ul final sa arate cam asa: \Program Files\TouchPal\Surfaces\Romanian. EN: The dictionary is based on a relatively long file which is sufficient to pick up a decent word/letter frequency pool. However, if there are requests for a version with accents, please send/upload a file which I may access containing accents. Good files are neutral ones (not too technical in language) containing a wide range of letters and common phrases.
RO: Dictionarul este bazat pe un fisier relativ lung si sufient pentru a genera o plaja larga de cuvinte/litere. Daca sunt cereri pentru o versiune cu accente, va rog trimiteti-mi sau upload-ati undeva un fisier care contine accente la care pot sa am acces si pe baza caruia pot sa generez un dictionar. Fisiere bune sunt cele relativ neutre (nu prea tehnice) continand o paleta larga de cuvinte si fraze uzuale.

Romanian Language in any ROM?!

Parerea mea este ca nu vom vedea niciodata Windows Mobile tradus in romana. Cred ca sistemele de operare proprietare, dar si altele au si limba romana. Microsoft nu se va obosi pentru noi....

Probably there is. Just need to flash CSC file for some romanian carrier.

romanian carrier csc will only give you acces to network setup for romanian carriers.
there is no romanian language available for windows mobile.
but why the heck does anybody want's romanian onto a mobile phone.

ok. there is the romanian CSC: //rapidshare.com/files/374617920/CSC_I8000NXXJC1.CSC .It can be downloaded 10 times, so please post mirrors. You have to select I8000COAJC1.csc or I8000CNXJC1.csc in Octans , and finaly select romanian language. It doesnt work with WM6.1. Befor // is http.

Corect, am avut si eu un HTC diamond cu wm 6.1 pe romana....

Imi pare rau sa te anunt...sunt de acord cu tine la faza cu manelistii,dar stii pe langa asta mai sunt oameni care pe timpul comunismului nu au avut acest privilegiu de a invata limba engleza ca noi la scoala sau doar din filmele de la tv...eu as traduce windowsul manual fisier cu fisier daca ar fi vreo cale.

when i try to instal a new ROM... the progres bar stoped at 12% and give me an error "290". Afther this my phone dosen't torn ON, dont't want to respond to any combination hard or soft reset...
plese give me an advice, what can i do?

Put it in bootload mode, connect it to a pc, wait for displaying "USB" on bottom and try flash another ROM...

salut... l-am conectat prin usb dar nu porneste. este ca si cum nu are baterie parca nu primeste curent. Si asta doar de la o instalare de rom.

Ai incercat sa faci exact ce ti-am zis(Am uitat sa-ti zic sa incarci bateria, cumva, oricum, chiar si inafara Touch2-ului)?
Am patit si eu ca tine cu un ROM, da' am facut ce ti-am zis si totu' a fost Ok..

SALUT, am si eu o problema la samsung galaxy s, l am cumparat la orange, venind cu 2.1 eclair, si i am facut update la 2.2.1 XEU, si cand am vrut sa ii fac acum upgrade la 2.2.1 ORO nu imi merge, si-a dat restart asa cum era normal si nu vrea sa se mai deschida. Acel upgrade am incercat sa il fac cu Odin, dupa un tutorial pus de cineva si incercat de multe alte persoane care au reusit sa isi faca acel upgrade. Acum ce pot face macar sa il pot deschide? Dati-mi o varianta. Mentionez ca nu imi merge sa intru in download mode si nici recovery mode cu combinatia celor 3 taste… VA ROG FRUMOS ..sa imi da`ti si mie macar o varianta sau sa imi lasati un PM
si acum , nici nu m ai porneste, nu imi m ai apare nimic pe ecran, nici bateria nu mai apare cand incarca, il pun la incarcat si nu imi apare nimic..

The official service center for Motorola devices sold in Romania is Germanos. Just take your phone and go to a Germanos shop. In every Germanos shop is an service employer. He will tell you how much it will cost after evaluating the damages.

If you already flashed a 2.3 full SBF (even worse, the dreaded DFP-231), you cannot go back to the 2.2 CEE (stock Froyo for România). Maybe if you're lucky you'll find a less prepared/interested dude in the service center (and he'll accept the phone).

Păi treaba stă în felul următor : telefonul ( dacă nu mai e în garanţie ) îl poţi duce la orice service care se pricepe ( nu cele de colţ ) şi îţi vor găsi o soluţie .
Aşa am căutat şi eu pentru al meu Defy semi-mort .. ( nu se mai conectează la Usb nici nu afişează când se încarcă , dar o face ) .. am fost la un service noname din Târgovişte şi mi-au spus că sunt capabili să-mi schimbe conectorul USB de pe placa de bază ... acum mna .. vezi că sunt destule exemple cum poţi reveni de la 2.3 la 2.2 , dar foarte greu .. cu nişte romuri fake ( am văzut la începutul căutărilor mele pe forum că se poate face downgrade chiar şi la 2.1 ) .. eu zic să mai cauţi . Serviceul e ultima variantă cât timp avem forumul ăsta )

crede-ma, caut zi de zi, ptr downgrade, etc, dar nu gasesc nimik :| am bl7 asta e cea mai mare problema.. si de aia vreau sa aduc la un official service, daca ei repara.

there is no way to replace the SOC-module with the bayer-module, a user on german-android-forum have tried it, no success.
