Sorry but there is no EASY way to do it without using kitchen, thats if your not experienced with Android/Linux etc.

Yeah, but if your porting a ROM, you need to actually make the os start before you can debug. Thats why the kitchen is needed, to edit kernel/boot ramdisk files and system images to make your ROM actually work.

You didnt do any research before posting this did you? your answer is NOT YET. Theres threads all over the place talking about this.
When people talk about flashing from NAND this is what they are talking about. Avoiding WinMo all together. On the first page you will see a post about it, and if you search you will find hundreds.
Is it possible to start Android automaticaly when I turn on the device??

Usually, that problem has to do with your radio. Flash another radio. I've never had that problem with 2.12.50.02, or the new 2.14.50.04
And can you guys stick to the Android General forum or the thread that pertains to whatever build you're using. Don't start a whole new thread.

That is probably your ROM, I had that when I first bought my HD2. Flashed a android compatible ROM and it went away.

Thanks for your reply, but that's not what I'm asking for. I already know about that. I want to start developing my ROM from the beginning. I'm asking if you know how can I get a fresh Android and edit it.
so you want to build a rom right from code to a working rom if so i will hunt around and see what i can find
yeah, pls report if you find anything cause I'm interested too...
read this and look around in the android chef section
In Google type aosp an click android open source.
Then in page click source
Read on from there

Hey can I change the language of this rom? from english to german? is that possible?
here the link of this rom
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=837042
thx
You're gonna have to mess with the cid.xml files, and maybe even your backup cid.
I had to do that to change my phone from italian to english.
I''ll maybe write a simple guide for that tomorrow when I'm sober. Or you could come to the #g2root channel on freenode irc in ~9 hours and I can try walk you through it if I'm awake.

I have ported and cooked up some roms but havent tried learning apps yet. Seems like apps and rom knowledge would kind of go hand in hand though. check out dsixda rom kitchen if you want to try out cooking roms.
developer.android.com
This is the link you need.
Read that whole website.... What I need to build Rom??
Core droid htc glacier
To build ROM or to develop apps?
To build ROM - none of that. You'll need to know how to use dsixda's kitchen, and decompile/recompile apps. smali/baksmali, or any of their wrappers (I use apktool, for example), and Java - to understand the code.

Essentially the tools allow you to develop, debug, and test applications.
I read somewhere that the app inventor tool, was moved over MIT's site.
If I helped, give thanks, if you please.
