Block incoming call and SMS

HI Guys
Are there any programs out there that i can use to block incoming call and SMS?
I have search the forum under call blocker and with no luck.
Anyone can help?

Novosec Smartfilter blocks calls, available on pocketgear. I don't think there is any app available which blocks SMS ...

Call SMS Blocker does that, try google for more info....
i think that Photo Contacts Pro has that features(and lot more). But still if you only want blocking calls and sms Call SMS Blocker is your tool.
Supposely Smart Filter should do the exact same job but i never got it to work on my Qtek 9100

CallerID block doesn't work!

In phone settings your able to select who to block your caller ID on.
I chose show callerID only to people on contact list. But for some reason it just keeps blocking my CallerID for all outgoing calls.
Anyone else experience this?

Yes. For some reason it blocks your number from an outgoing call if you call a contact without using your contact list to place the call.
Having your contacts in your one touch dial and using that blocks the call.
Using the recent call list/missed call list also blocks your number.

I am using MagiCall and I find it is good as it can filter calls and sms, you can customize the action and day it will filter.

Magicall is pretty good,but how to filter sms i can't understand. I have to check the box Enable under sms filter to filter a call,but why is that? If i uncheck the box call not filtered. And if i select the Hangup then it's working ok,but the call disconnects after a slight ring...which isn't good,the other party understands that i m using a call filter. Isn't there any other good call filter apps? Please input some comment.

There is no any call filter programs can avoid the slight ring on the other party.

There is a work around to this 'slight ring' thing. Simply set Magicall to 'ignore' rather than 'hang up'. You wont be bothered, and they'll be left on the line. All the better to slow those annoying telemarketers.
Incidentally, in tests I've done I haven't noticed any slight rings, and I was listening for them, but this may not always be the case I guess.

[Idea] Extreme Clue Cleaner (contact, SMS)

I know there is many applications to block contacts or specific numbers. But none of them clean the log if you call to a specific number, or send a messege.
Idea:
-Clean specific number from Log, dialed or received.
-Clean sms sent box from the messege sent to a specific number.
-Receive sms from specific numbers in a inbox folder inside the app.
-Hide numbers in contact List.
-Block incoming call from numbers by (silence phone and hide all notifications and blocking answer and reject key), keeping a log.
-Protected password app with log, and hidden numbers that you can dial directly from the list.
I'm available to make the graphic part for this app.

that would be great...you could take some part of Call SMS Blocker, some part of magicall, and fake sms features of Eye on Privacy then we cud have a perfect alibi..

It's only a matter of doing things well and never give space for becoming jealous .

blocking incoming calls always and notifications at night?

I want to always block incoming calls from any number not my contact list, and I also want to block notifications only from midnight-8am. Is there anyway I can achieve this setup (no root).?
