it is also for handsfree calling and audio but to call handsfree u need special headphones that has got buttons to end or answer calls and also the black cable headphone which is included with the package is handsfree and stereo sudio cable

Okay thanks. Though I tried to use stereo headphones I had from my old MP3 player, and for some reason they're not working.
It works as a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, if you are using handsfree. there are another two additional connectors that connect the mic, but works fine with normal headphones, are you sure that the headphones work, is the volume turned up! I know it sounds patronising, but the volume can get accidently turned down.
How could I use a cable earphone when I hear music over the bluetooth earphones?
I want to use two earphones without the disadvantages of a earphon-cable splitter.
No Idea? :-(
If I connect my i9000 to the car stereo (Kenwood) via the headphone jack on the phone and Aux jack on the front of the stereo, the sound is really quiet, even with stereo on full volume. I'm using Gingerbread.xxivo.
Any ideas?
set volume to max on phone.
Try headphones to find out if the phone has issues or something else (cable, car stereo).
I connect my phone to my car stereo using a 3.5mm cable. but then when i try a voice goodle search, the phone doesn't pick up the sound. Only when i unplug the cable.
Any fix for this?

I had a similar issue with my Moto E2 a while back. Turns out that the 3.5mm audio cable I was using was designed for both input and output, so the E2 was identifying it as a headset, not headphones (my car's audio system does not have a mic). I bought another 3.5mm audio cable that was advertised as just audio output, and it worked as intended (output via audio cable to car speakers, input via phone's mic).
I've tried couple of play test's
Bluetooth
Headphone
Build in speaker
And 3.5mm aux speaker connection
In all modes Dobly Atmos seems to work except connecting speaker via 3.5mm directly to speaker. The only thing which is active thru that mode is dac hifi mode but not dolbys equalizer.
So my question is for dolby atmos to work via aux do u need to connect via usb?
Im playing around so i get most of bass.
I connected 2 speakers thru 3.5mm splitter but dolby atmos doesnt work.

It works, no idea why it doesn't work in your case lol
You probably need V4A to 'get the most bass' though
