Hey Guys I really need your help
I wanted to set a wallpaper from the "choose wallpaper" option on the homescreen via qp, pressed the home button and the phone just stopped working.
Even a reboot doesnt help now, when the phone tries to load the wallpaper it says screw you man and hangs(blackscreen after a while just keys light up).
Now i made a backup with cwm extractet the data.img and found the pic: it looks like this:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Does anybody know how to write an update.zip package to change or delete the wallpaper in the /DATA/? folder in my phone?
ROM:★★★★★HyperDroid-CM7-v2.0.0[a2sd+][CyanogenMod7 2.3.3]
OKay messed around with the phone for a whole day to write a update.zip package wich deletes the image in the internal memory..if you have such problems with quickpic too i attached the update.zip for you !

Tnx but i want the one I have added as a link, only thats not a .RUU.exe file.
And i need the .RUU file to flash it
You can make an NBH with nbhtool. The rename it as HERMIMG.NBH, copy to your memory card and reboot in bootloader mode. It will flash the files and voila, new splash screens. Don't forget to back your stuff up beforehand.
Add a shortcut on my HOME SCREEN, for a certain file from my memory card?
As I have got Garmin Mobile on my memory card, but every time I want to run it, I need to go to File explorer > Garmin > GarminPPC ...
Just wondering if it's possible to add a shortcut for GarminPPC (aka QuePPC on device) to my home screen / quick links
Cheers
Explore folders, find and select program file and hold it, tap copy, now explore windows folder-startmenu- programs- edit- paste shortcut, done

Tried the above option, but get the following error message:

Hello,
Before I start, if any mistake in my language, excuse me, because my English is not very good.
I bought Huawei P Smart, it's new and everything,
However, once I connect to the Internet for the first time after it is activated or after the format, this notification appears:
(Just edit the links if the pictures don't appear, because I am a new member and not allowed to put them)
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The application says I don't have Permissions of the phone and restarts itself to become a phone without applications
Even when I tried to using recovery mode to format it didn't allow me
What I have to do now? As it appears to you even if I did not accept what appears in the notification, as you see it will do by force after an hour.
And well what is this? I did not understand anything !!
Thank You
I recently rooted my phone, most apps are working fine but i am unable to make the custom boot animation work. I think the problem is due to this extra inbootanimation.zip file in my system/media folder. I couldn't find a single query on google helping me and therefore i am here.

Make sure you have permissions set as rw-r--r-- for the bootanimation.zip file
Hi,
Can anyone tell me where the stock boot logos are stored? I've scoured the internet looking with no joy.
I have gone into "Factory Settings" and changed the boot logo to the "Skoda" one, but I'd like to use the logo that is all black (the same as the badges on my car) instead of the silver and green one. But I can't find where to put it or where they are stored and nothing comes up under the EXT tab. I have a PbA VW8128V, which looks like a rebadged Erisin VW8128V running Android 10.
Thanks

OK, so I've sorted this out.

To get your custom logo to appear under "EXT" above. Create folder in the root directory of a USB or Memory Card and call it "Car_Logo" and then putting your image in that folder as a .PNG. When you insert the Stick/card into the unit and go into "factory setting" etc, it should appear under EXT.
It's that simple !!
