Hi,
I'm using the official MIUI ROM from miui-dev.com Since this ROM is only available in Chinese and English, I was trying to translate it into Dutch. There already is a MIUI ROM which is multilanguage (the NDT MIUI ROM). Is it possible to take the Dutch language files from that ROM and implement it in the official MIUI ROM, or create a flashable language pack from it?
(I hope this is the right place to ask this!)
There are multilang packs available, with links in one of the old miui sd build's threads. But the site linked to is in German (I think), and I've not been able to download anything from it.
Should you find it, and be able to download the files, could you please up them to a free filehosting site so I can get 'em too?
I am using the build where the d/l link is, and almost everything is in Chinese...

Could you provide a link of the thread you're talking about? Will look into it, and upload the files you need.
Theres a multi-upload link in the Jaws MIUI 1812... sd build thread, I just saw it and downloaded. Haven't applied it to my AD SD build yet. It was the 1st miui build in sd development forum a few mins ago, but I can't drop a link from the tapatapk app tho, sorry. I'm away from home so no computer copy n paste action right now lol.

Hi there,
Have you tried asking around at the MIUI forum @ miuiandroid.com for a dutch translation? I downloaded the latest multilang rom for the HD2 with a small fix from one of the devs from there. It indeed is in English although for me it took day or two to get used to. Definitely good enough for now
Besides some minor bugs and an average battery life (Which from the start isn't the best feature of the HD2) it remains an very graphically impressive UI.

I have taken sometime to build my own Custom ROM but then I have decided to use Alien ROM.. I started with Alien ROM Build 3 and now upgraded to Build 4..
I required arabic support, so I built this CWM based package to be flashed over Alien ROM Build #4.

I attempted to install this anyway, i went to cmw and tried to install it from there and I got this installation abort massage.
I am not sure what framework its using. I will download it this weekend and patch its framework.

It´s a port of the 4.0.4 Rom from the Nexus. It was ported to the I9000.
Curently the Version is pulled back, because there was a bug in the widget drawer.
Have some look, it will be pulled out again in a short time.

Ok, here are the last news about this Rom.
Short time the Rom was up for downloading.
Then many Users in the German Forum means, there was a rom, that was custom
from parts of 3 different Rom´s ,ICSSGS, CNA , Kang & finaly New Parts of the 4.0.4 Nexus Rom.
The Problem here was, that the customer has no named the person´s on the other Roms.
I think, he has it vorgotten. Other Users mean, that is a no go.
And so the discussion goes on.
So the admins of the forum stop that, and removed the Thread.
So now, this Theme is closed. How long, i dont know...
But i have a copy of the V1.0 Rom and for me, it runs very good.
So if you want , you can have this rom for testing.
Give me a link for upload and i will do my best..

Ok, i upload now the rom in a dropbox.
If the upload is finish, i take the link here, but i can´t make a aktive link, because i need more helpful posts, bevor i can do that here.
But beware:
This Rom works absolutly stable, but i am not the producer of this rom.
Actually the producer of this rom has no given an answer if he want to support this
rom again.
We all want to look, what he said.
You can find it in the german Forum as User Bavaria_blues.
So if you like this rom, please give him a PM and say thanks, maybe its funny for him and he wants come back to make a v1.1 for us.
And last, but not least,flash at your own risk.
How to flash.
Reboot into Recovery Mod.
Make a full wipe.
Install Rom as Zip.
If you come from another ICS, thats it.
If you come from Stockrom 2.3.x than you can have a bootloop.
So pull out the battery, put it back and flash again, then it works.

I have installed it but I have some annoying issues:
1) The background is dark. How revert to the original one ?
2) Some Characters in the ASCII table for Italian language are not correct and shows Russian characters. This is the case for è,ù,à,ì,ò etc...
Does enybody knows how to fix this ? It should not be very difficult to copy Italian dioctionary from original ROM.

I am releasing a Windows Mobile ROM.
The device I've worked on is the Toshiba Portege G910
(probably many of you will remember my numerous questions in this forum. )
and..... Finally, after "years of study" I'm doing it.
The ROM si ready on my PC, but I still need an original (stock) ROM for this device, otherwise the new Rom won't work properly and I couldn't add very important apps to it (as for example the camera...)
A long time ago I found Stock Roms on the Toshiba website.
But now the link is not avaible anymore.
Please, can anyone upload for me (on any website) an original/stock ROM for this device?
P.S.
I also remeber that, a lot of stock ROMs for the G910, were stored in the forum section of "www.4pda.ru" but this website is in russian language and it's totaly understandable for me, even if I try to translate it.
Please, can any russian man simply search the stock ROM for me?
If you help me I will include you and your profile/website in the credits of this project
(Soon the Rom will be avaible here and on my website)
It seems to me that the official firmware isn't in the "4pda" forum, I found 2 links in another website (it's always russian...)
But the file has been removed by the File-Hosting service,
so...
my last hope is that some "ex-Toshiba-G910" owner stored it in his old Hard-Drive or PC... (please help)

I hope that someone from China help us with AROMA translation.
Suggestion. Instal when you home at your computer. Use Google transleit from english to chinese. Couple words to transle. Like wipe, m8 international,..

There is a password required in order to unpack. I'v downloaded fm dropbox link. Tks for the link.

Sense crashed every time for me. (btw.:my phone is M8 dual sim + russian lang).
Currently, i'm using s.rom 11.05. It is good but so big with unusefull flame os, and you said that F273 is simular but slim.

this rom is similar to Sun_dream, meaning is 5.0.2 sense7 full m9 port.
Liuli is smaller. Zip is smaller. Less apps. included. Some apps plus/minus from one rom to the other. Different creator, different favorite apps, opinions.
I've use Liuli F268 & then F271. Both work fine for me.

I used 7zip to unpack the rom and somehow that broke the password

I have downloaded this rom to have a look. When I try to extract the zip, I am unable to as it is prompting for a password. As I am unable to verify the contents of the rom, Chinese roms are known to contain warez, I have closed the thread.
