I can't login my facebook account with manila's facebook option for a while. Have you any problem with facebook?
So both facebook for htc sense and the android facebook app appear to be broken. Originally they both worked then I removed my facebook for android app account login as my contacts list had doubled as both synced contacts, now the facebook for htc sense wont sync contacts and nor will the other facebook app. Anyone experienced this before or know of a solution?
Hi
in Xperia X10's timescape you can sync contact picture with facebook.
i mean without Facebook app
is in arc possible ?
sorry for my bad english
You normally have to pair the Facebook contacts with the contacts in your phone book, but the pictures of the Timescape widget will always have a higher resolution as the phone book only syncs with low-res pictures.
in xperia x10 i log in to facebook in timescape . it's automatically syne my contact picture from facebook,
but in Arc , i log in facebook account in timescape but not happened in my phonebook
i check background data and auto-sync
facebook app can sync picture in low-res , it's too bad
Now that we have a successful root for the R800x, has anyone tried re-enabling Facebook Sync, Mediascape, and Timescape?
Did a search and found nothing about this so here goes...
I just activated my Nexus 7 and noticed that it linked up to Facebook
I did away with Facebook over a year ago, now when I launch my MSN messenger app, I have 84 contacts from Facebook listed, all offline
Anyway to unlink Facebook?
Go into settings, Facebook sync, hit options in the Facebook sync page, and remove account
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda premium

Checked and nothing like this in my settings, only accounts I have listed are Dropbox and Google. Checked Google and nothing for Facebook sync in there.
Also checked settings in my MSN app (MSN Mercury), nothing there either.
Should mention, I'm unlocked, rooted, but running stock.

It sounds more like MSN Messenger imported your Facebook contacts, not your Nexus. When you log into MSN Messenger on your PC or other device, I'll be that your Facebook contacts are still there. If so, then it means that this is an issue with MSN Messenger, not with your Nexus. I would look in your MSN Messenger options and see if there's a way to remove your Facebook contacts.
