This ROM has reached the end of the road, and will not be receiving anymore updates. It's been fun folks, but on to bigger and better things.

This runs great on my phone, but your mileage may vary. Always backup before doing anything, etc. etc. etc.
Instructions UPDATED 11/21
1. Backup all of your apps, photos, etc.
2. Using Odin, flash back to stock JF6
3. Using Odin, Master Clear THIS DELETES EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE
4. Root, and install Clockwork Mod Recovery
5. Transfer Doc_JPA_7.6_MikeyMike01_xx.zip, and Battery_Mod.zip to your SD Card.
6. Using Clockwork Mod, Wipe Data and Wipe Cache
7. Using Clockwork Mod flash the Doc_JPA_7.6_MikeyMike01.zip
8. Boot the phone. This will take an abnormally long time. Do not panic.
9. Using Clockwork Mod, flash Battery_Mod.zip
10. Reboot
11. Install your lag-fix of choice
12. Reboot. It will say "Config files differ". Choose "Yes, with backup and restore". Wait for it to complete.
How to Update versions
1) Backup anything you'd cry yourself to sleep over losing
2) Install the vxx_to_vxx.zip from Clockwork Mod.
3) Boot the phone
That's it!

As far as screenshots it looks like Cognition with a slightly different font.
As far as the email, that's weird it's working done for me. Did you flash back to stock? Tell me exactly what you did and I can try and replicate it.

I had so many force closes I had to abandon this. It started with e mail at lease four times then swype started force closing every time I tried to use it. I think a few other apps force closed as well.
I probably did not install it correctly. I should have wiped data/cache, started from stock and not flashed the Froyo lockscreen zip.

One click to stock, flashed with clockwork, everything looks good so far. Got to delete that disable-lagfix file that's been sitting there for too long it seems, so,.. awesome, thank you.

My experiences have not been good with this rom.
I wouldn't recommend people flash.
It installed and then hung after voodoo conversion.
Pulled battery and rebooted. Booted fine to home screen.
Set everything up, and then turned off wifi. Data connection was working.. but took forever to sync google accounts, and would not DL from market. Tried again with wifi. Same deal. Took forever (like 10 minutes) just to sync google accounts. Took another 10 minutes just to DL root explorer.
After that, random freezes and FC's.

It spends a LONG time at the Galaxy S screen the first time it boots. Perhaps you mistook it for hanging.

It got past the galaxy S screen... it just sat at a black screen. I left it alone for a while, but did not load home screen. I'm fine with that. It rebooted after a battery pull. However, the biggest problem was with market downloads. Maybe adding back in TW launcher might get rid of some of the problems?

Day 2 of this ROM and I really like it, however, does anyone know how I can block all these advertisements?

IF YOU ARE COMING FROM ANOTHER ROM OTHER THAN VEGAn-TAB GE RC1 YOU MUST WIPE DATA! - Use Titanium Backup or similar to save app data. HOWEVER do NOT restore any system app data.... ie. Wireless Settings, CMParts Setting, etc.
If you are running into any major issues after updating from GE RC1 then I suggest backing up your data with Titanium Backup which you should already have done and then from Clockwork mod WIPE DATA.... something in your data is causing the issue more than likely.... so when you restore, restore each item separately till you find the culprit.
Install this using CWM. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT VERSION DOWNLOAD FOR THE BOOTLOADER YOU CURRENTLY HAVE. If you are coming from VEGAn-TAB GE RC1 then you are MOST likely on 1.1. Check with your current rom developer or developers post to see what bootloader you are on. FLASHING THE WRONG BOOTLOADER VERSION WILL SOFT BRICK YOUR DEVICE. You will need to then follow one of the many How-To's available for NVFLASHING back to stock or similar.
The Google apps have already been applied. Market WILL NOT SHOW in app drawer until you CONNECT TO A WIRELESS NETWORK. ONLY THE APPS THAT YOU CAN'T GET FROM THE MARKET ARE INSTALLED. Stuff like GMAIL, MAPS, etc. need installed through market. This way you will easily stay up to date on those apps. The market WORKS if it doesn't for you then
1st try going into applications settings and selecting Market and “Force Stop” then “Clear Data” that's it..... This allows the device to re-register itself to the the marketplace servers as an “official device” . DON'T do any of the OLD MARKET FIXES dealing with Framework Services etc. IF that fails you have probably restored something you shouldn't data or app wise or not followed the directions correctly. I suggest backing up your data with Titanium Backup which you should already have done and then from Clockwork mod WIPE DATA.... something in your data is causing the issue more than likely.... so when you restore, restore each item separately till you find the culprit.

While the ROM is on par with Aurora, that Samsung UI, looks, icons, etc, compared to AOSP is just, well, embarrassing IMO. Any way to just have the tweaks present in the ROM but keep the clean AOSP look?

First of all thanks for this lovely rom. ıt is smooth and fast. But when I enter the gallery, my phone freezes and then reboots.

Is there any way to make a shortcut to the hardware power button long push aplication/activity for reboot and poweroff options?

For logcat:
open /system/etc/loc_parameter.ini file
find use_logcat = 0 and change use_logcat = 1
save file and set permissions (rwxrwxrwx)
open /system/etc/init.d/000systemac1 file
find busybox rm /dev/log/main and delete this row
save file and set permissions (rwxrwxrwx)
Use Root Explorer or ES File Explorer

How to use USB Ethernet.
- Open terminal emulator
- Type the command below.

- Connect the LAN cable.

i Don´t see bugs now... Great Rom

Was really excited to try this but had some problems of it getting stuck on my boot loader. I was able to boot up and poke around, but after a reboot it hung on the boot loader again. Part of the boot loader text would start tweaking out too.

Awesome ROM, thanks so much for sharing!!! No boot issues here (with latest ICS bootloader). Seems to be the only JB custom rom where all memory leak issues are resolved. Observed a single small bug: performance/overclocking settings are getting lost after reboot, also with activated set on boot.

This works really sweet.
I have two things
1. Getting an error that my SD card has been damaged. I will try to backup and format it later to see if it helps. The SD card reads fine in my phone however.
2. The lock screen does not rotate when the tablet is held vertically.

Awesome work rom working great

Hm... Just installed Milestone version - rotation fully not work (tryed hardware and program switcher), torch don't work (it hasn't torch app?)
And in first boot after flashing, it strangely blinked at bootloader logo and rebooted, then booted properly.
Very fast user UI, nice)

Working ok but having fc issues in stock browser and chrome. Also getting the strange distortion in boot screen. I've tried reinstalling but it's still there. And no access to swagger wallpapers for some reason.
Just little things.
SwiftKey 3 is working as an alternative keyboard.

Torch don't work too wait for next build or back to an older build.

Did you do a full wipe? Before installing this ROM or try rebooting again.

I did a full wipe enabled data etc, but I still have the strange 2 second distortion on the boot screen.
Also in rom control it reset on boot even with boot enabled.
On a good note chrome got an update last night and that is very stable and supports flash.
Great rom with very small issues, best that's out there atm. Imo,

*with R13 certain builds of google apps will cause a no boot situation if you wipe /data and install the rom and gapps together before booting android. Setup wizard craps out and never gives you a usable system. TO FIX: wipe data and cache, install rom, then boot to android BEFORE flashing gapps. from android reboot to recovery and install gapps and you'll be golden.

A few things I noticed:
- External micro SD detects in storage including size of card, freespace, etc but won't let me do anything beyond that. Titanium Backup won't detect the card at all. I can write files to it on Windows 7 but it won't let me read files from it.
- Same sound issue as on the 4.3 ROMs (up pitch audio). Tested with YouTube.
- Other stuff outside of camera and NFC seem to work just fine from testing.
Clean flash using the latest CWM for the Sero 7 Pro.

Here's a really cool tool you can use to make everything odex for runtime art to work better.. it does work and its freaking awesome.. just read the info and install it

Downloading as we speak. I Don't use the camera or nfc much right now anyway so i'll give it a run. I admire all of the work that's been done with this. I wish I had the time to learn all the intricacies and inner workings to be able to contribute.
For some reason when I go to install, I get stuck in a boot loop. I'll mess with it when I get home and see. Trying to do this while at work.

I was only able to test for 5 min this morning but here's what I noticed:
1. HDMI is broken as it was in jellytime, all output is forced portrait.
2. When using the tablet in landscape the text of the icons on the home screen are cut off. Probably an alignment issue.

The android keyboard crashes if you try to swype type....
Can someone else confirm or deny the same problem.
I cleared the data/cache for android keyboard as well.

I did a clean install 30 minutes ago with the full Gapps package and my keyboard swipe works just fine.

Wow, this is so much better than the previous build. You deserve a beer.
I don't use NFC or camera that much. So this is almost ready as my daily driver. Could you make fixing the SD card issue your next target?

About to test drive this as my first rom for my brand new s7p. Will report back if I have any issues that haven't been mentioned yet.
ETA: Nvm, can't figure out how to mount the sdcard to throw those zips on it. My buddy I bought this from rooted it for me so it's running CWM 6something already. Can't mount sd from recovery, can't paste files when connected normally as I get some sort of error about the device being disconnected.

going to try this out. what seems to be the problem with camera? is it the modules? or something else? have you tried vermagic and repacking them as a zip?

I'm pretty sure the root is fine. It's windows not recognizing the device properly for some reason.

I am really liking the fact that I can run 4.4 on this tablet. One bug I have run into however is that I can't get .mp3 files to play from memory using Apollo or Google music player. When I try to play a song the system freezes.
I'm not complaining though! Just wanted to report a bug.
