Anybody has the Vodafone Italy APN settings ? I am using a rechargeable SIM and I cannot receive any MMS. I can send them, but nothing coming in.
I am going to try different (if any) APN setting.
Thanks
Seriously ? Nobody has them ?

Search for "APN Italiani" in the market and you'll have them all
You gave me a good idea, thanks.
I found there's no app as APN Italiani, but there's an app called APN Italy that has all the settings, i'll give it a try.

apn name=Telus SP
mcc=302
mnc=220
apn=sp.telus.com
user=null
server=null
password=null
proxy=74.49.0.18
port=80
mmsproxy=74.49.0.18
mmsport=80
mmsprotocol=null
mmsc=http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mmsc
type=null
hope this helps..
Thanks that's exactly what I am looking for
So, would you edit the existing APN file, or create a new one? I don't have MMS on Telus, and I'm looking to get it.

Depends...there has to be 2 APNs, one for 3G Data and the other for MMS...if you only have the one for 3G, then create a new one, if you already have one for MMS but not functioning, modify it!
I'm trying to make this work on my Sensation unlocked on Telus. Has this worked for anyone? I created a secon APN with those setting but cannot send mms still? Any ideas
Something weird with mine. I can send mms just fine, but when I try to receive them, it get send to my email... It tells me to go to telusmobility.com\snap or telusmobilite.com\clic, both website doesn't work...
So i just got my x10 today and debranded it, only problem is now it won't connect to3g, i cant use timescape, i can't register my facebook account, use play now or the market place. WHATDO I DO?
It sounds like you need to set up your APN settings for your Carrier. Try connecting through WiFi and see if you are able to register Timescape. If that works then it's a matter of finding your APN settings and entering them into the phone. Hope that works.
Perhaps someone from canada knows the rogers apn settings? Thats where i live and who my service provider is.
Also how do i edit the apn settings?
Read the manual. It tells how to manually set the APN. It is online at SE website.
Do a google search and you'll find the APN for Rogers.
If you know how to debrand, you should be able to add the APN.
well i just copied all of the settings from a certain site and still nadda, keeps giving me a connection error.

i even used the auto settings feature on the phone it's self, it gave me the same settings posted on that site.
Which firmware did you use for debranding your phone ?
the international one

those are not the correct settings. use these:
Name: Rogers
APN: rogers-core-appl1.apn
MMSC: http://mms.gprs.rogers.com
MMS Proxy: 10.128.1.69
MMS Port: 80
and dont touch the others
Thanks Dude, cool id btw. Just One Question, Does this go under RogersMedia or the GoRogers one, or both?
haha thanks You wont be needing the RogersMedia and the GoRogers.. delete those two. The one I stated above is the default Rogers branded x10 APN settings.
how did you debranded?

I cannot seem to send any MMS messages with any Android rom I try. I have tried just about every different setting with no luck. Could this have anything to do with my windows based rom that's on the phone or does anyone have any ideas?
You need to program your carriers MMS APN. Google will serve you there. Apn is under settings, wireless and networks, apn when you see T-Mobile or whatever press menu, new apn and find android mms values for your carrier last entry should be mms and there shouldn't be any button to select new apn in the list.

Hi MrBox23, maybe you can give me a suggestion regarding mms apn problem.
I can receive a message that reports me I got a mms with a button to download it... the only way I found to download it is to remove the internet apn parameters and leave only the mms parameters.
Same thing for outgoing mms.
Is there any solution to this problem???
I searched around but with no success....
I don't know make sure apn is labeled mms mine coexist just fine mms has no button.
There needs to be two apns one for internet one for mms that's the way simple mobile is anyway tmobile should be same format idont know about att

Hi guys,
I've been searching and reading and testing for the last hour, but I can't figure this out. I'm using Pyramid ROM, and my data is working great. But for the life of me, I can't figure out how to send and receive MMS correctly. I've looked, and there are about a 100 posts with the settings for T-Mobile USA. But here's my problem. In the APN settings, I see two entries - T-Mobile Data and T-Mobile MMS. There is a radio button selected next to T-Mobile Data. Is this where I will put in the MMS settings? If I put the settings in the T-Mobile MMS APN, then I can't figure out how to tell the messaging app to use that APN for doing MMS.
In any case, I did all the different combinations of settings that I could think of, but no cigar. Can anyone please help me with this?
Thanks very much!

Try and copy the MMSC (server address), MMS proxy and MMS port data from the mms file in the mobile data file, and select the data file... I think it should work like that

Hey that was simple enough!!! Perfect! Appreciate the response!
Hi guys,
I am having trouble with sending and receiving MMS. I bought the phone unlocked from Telstra and am using a Kogan sim. I have put the Kogan apn settings in and the internet works fine but the MMS never works. I have a feeling that the default Telstra apn settings for MMS are interfering with the Kogan apn settings (they use the same port and proxy but different MMSC).
I was wondering if there is any simple way to delete the Telstra APN settings off my phone, so that they don't interfere with the other settings. Just in case someone asks, the Telstra APN settings are locked. Any apps (if such a miracle would exist to make my life easier)??
Thanks!
