Hey, just trying to see if anyone is familiar with this. When I go to reset my phone, the screen doesn't come on during boot at all.
Anyone else had this happen? I don't even get the HTC screen, but its all fine by the time the OS hits.

Ok so first of all I was experiencing a problem with my screen flickering however now I am getting problems with the colour in my display. For example I get different overlays of colour as I press the screen. Sort of difficult to explain. Also images look distorted and drained almost as if an effect has been applied to them, when it hasnt.
I am getting the problem in both native win mo and SD and nand android. I have tried changing the dpi but it has made no difference.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Sounds like digitizer/display fooked, send it in.
That's what I feared. It has stopped for now but I guarantee it will return shortly. What happens if I said it of and HTC do not see the problem?

If there is a hardware problem they will be able to see it as they will run tests.
Just remember to return the device to a stock ROM before you send it back

do I also need to uninstall hspl? if so how, because the sd card technique didn't work?
I have the att nexus one. Its currently my play phone. I've had several different roms running on it. And right now running stock ota gingerbread. Its done this with every rom. When I drop from 3g to E, my music stops playing. Even with different music apps. I have to restart to get it to play again. Or wait a long while. Also, when I.drop to E, ita some times black screens. My keys light up but no screen. Again I have to restart for it to work again. Anyone else have this.problem? Anyone have a solution? Even a helpful idea on how to fix it would be nice.. thanks.

Yes. Everything was wiped. Except battery status.
Do you currently have a lot of apps installed on your phone? If yes, try a complete wipe and do a factory reset. after that, do not install any app! See if the problem persists. If not, install your apps one by one end keep testing. If you find which app causes the problem, report it to the dev

Hi guys i have just tried to upgrade my misses phone to gen one to gen two but the phone is stuck on the screen where it says "touch the android to begin" but when i press the android i get no response.

Hi,
Take out battery, re-insert it and start in CWM, reflash again the same ROM you first flashed, should work then.

So since a few weeks ago, when I try to download an app from the market, it will start dwonload, say downloading but wont progress. It wont even show the percentage. It simplty goes "Downloading" but the laoding bar is rayed diagonally with black in gray moving to the right. I tried updating market, downgrading market, tried different roms but no chance. Im currently on hydrogen mod port for glacier and its not working. I was on CM7 nightly 177 a few days ago and it didnt work back then either. I know its not the router because my dad has a mytouch too and it works. somebody please help me :'(
Go to settings/applications/manage applications/all/market, clear data then try.

Mine does it sometimes a battery pull helps mine does it when updatING apps as well so pulling battery seems to work

Nobody here has encountered the problem I have? Im really desperate for a fix
Good God SOMEONE HELP. I tried to download something again and it appeared in my notification bar saying downloading (just like before) but in the market the text under the loading bar swifted between downloading and starting download extremely fast for like 2 seconds. A minute later the download icon on the notification bar has a 2 on it saying that the app I downloaded is being downloaded twice. The download icon flashes every 5 minutes. Pleeeaaassseeee heeellllpppp

Whenever I have this problem, I just open the gtalk app and it normally starts working, had this same issue on the MT3GS, and G1, hope it works for you too.

Just recieved my n7 this morning, open,charge,turn on and it freeze, i hold the power.button and it restart but nothing, i got to the screen i see which is not responsive at all and this is what i see

Lol, you should try to get it working
Install the USB drivers / android sdk, boot up the bootloader, unlock it, boot CWM, flash the 4.1 stock ROM from Google, don't flash the recovery or root it or anything, just the stock ROM. Reboot, she if she works...
If so, go back into bootloader and relock it.
Even if that all works, still take your replacement and send that one back, cause it sounds messed up, who knows what else could be wrong in there.

Dude, dump the ROM and send it to the Devs. It might have some really useful stuff in it.
