Sprint 3G down

I live in Maryland and as of 11:30 I have no 3g. Does anyone know if there is a way to check on 3g outages? Thankfully I have roam control and am able to at least use verizon's 1x. I need 3g!

hi there i too am experiencing issues with data, im in metro dt area
hopefully it IS the network, and i didnt fry my radio or something

New Jersey here and my 3G is working on sprint.
Try rebooting?

I'm in arlington and 3g is working here, sorry if that doesn't help but its close to maryland

Rebooted, switched radio on and off no luck. My radio is good because when I switch to verizon's tower using roam control I get 1x data. Slow but it something.

Was a known issue, though I was told it was only supposed to affect EVO's 3g. I'll inquire tomorrow, but I doubt I'll get anywhere.

Mine went down to here in Cincinnati OH, right in the middle of streaming the game. (4g picked it right back up though)
I had full bars, and without moving I had nothing for a good 10 minutes before deciding to switch to the battery-draining 4g.

thanks. I called sprint yesterday and first tier support tried to insist I hard reset my Epic,even though i told them I have three Epics and an Evo and were all seeing same problem. I called second tier directly and they told me there were network issues and not to reset.

For future reference - do you have a direct number for them, or is it the usual "I want to speak to level two"?

Even Sprint employees don't have a direct line for them, they got rid of that last year. That being said, the EVOs were having data connectivity issues, and somehow it expanded into the Epic, Moment and Hero as well, but in a more limited scope.

No 4g connecting

Can somebody help it seems that I can't get any 4g all of the sudden. Im running nebula rom. It searches for a while and says disconnected. I had 4g previously in Sacramento but today it never connects. I even went to 4 places where I've had it before but nothing.

Gee zusz.... I thought I was the only one having this problem it happends to me like every week or so only at night tho!! I was about to create a tread asking if anyone new if there was maintance or something cause my epic and my gf evo were not connecting all of a sudden and I was playing black ops lol thanks for this tread lol

Same problem with 4g not connecting. West L.A Area. Cali. Hope they fix it soon. I get around 1-4 mbps day time and some times 5-6 mbps late night.

Same problem for me tonight. East Los Angeles. First time it happens to me. Will wait for tommorrow morning to see what's up.

No, the earthquake happened around 1 am. my 4g was out way before that like around 10 pm.

Dallas here. No 4g tonight for us either it seems.

how did you guys find out that 4g was down? i have been looking everywhere for a status page and couldn't find anything.

Well this is the first time in about 3 months I can't get a signal. I usually keep my 4g on all the time because I can get a signal everywhere here in sacramento.

I got 2 bars at my grandpas. only use 4g at night at my grandpas if i need it because the router is far away.
always have 4g where i am but barely ever use it.

Well I think ill have to odin to see if it corrects the problem if not I 'll take it back to the sprint store.

Right by Feasterville, dropping service like crazy..

Same noticed that both cellular n data went roaming, thought it was my location...but when I left I was dropping calls n 0 bars in places I normally had stable service. Was worried it was my Rom, radio, prl, etc. Things went back to normal around 11pm tonite. Glad to know it wasn't just me

4G in Kalamazoo MI and St Joseph/benton harbor MI

so i was in kzoo MI and fliped on the 4G and lo and behold i got a 4G signal and download speeds around 4 Mbps.
also its on in st joseph/benton harbor MI as well. was surfin it in down town.

It's downtown in South Bend as well at about the same speeds.

Kalamazoo is a real place?

Where in Kzoo? I had heard that around campus they had it but haven't tested.

I fliped on mine in NH and got a connection today ... the only thing is that I only get one bar and can get faster speeds with 3g

i was on stadium drive. and in the mall parking lot

btw i was outside and in a clear area.

If you are not in the green on the map then the map will probably be updated in a week or two. Do not expect more than one or two towers in areas. It is just so clear can hang on to the licenses.

I got 4G to connect in my house about 15 minutes south of Lansing! I thought this would NEVER happen. They haven't officially made 4G "available for purchase" in the area yet either (according to the website at clear.com). Does this mean the signal still could be enhanced or stronger before it is officially available?

coming home from Eastpoint, I clicked it on by accident, waited for it to cycle off and noticed I had 4g signal at 8 and Vandyke in south Warren. It was slow as ****, but there.

I checked the map and it appears as though there's 4G around all the colleges here.. It was cool to be 'near' Notre Dame and flip on the 4G and get a connection.. didn't have time to do a speed test, the light turned green

I have heard talk that Dan Hesse visited ND (as an alum) and then promised to have 4G coverage around town by football season. I hope that's true. I live just across the river from St. Mary's and can't pick up a signal, but did pull down 3.5 Mbps downtown.

I had an appointment Thursday morning across from St. Joe High school on Angela blvd. Just for grits and shiggles, I flipped on my 4G and connected !!.. I didn't have time to do a speed test.. but I figured I was too far from holy cross college there and notre dame for it to work.. it did work.. Tuesday I'll check it out again w/ a speed test.
Pretty cool to know there are at least 3 ppl from South Bend, IN here.. we should meet up for a brewski sometime

Probly no one from nh... my connection has gotten better im getting like 2.5mb/s

I wonder when they put these up. I checked at KVCC and Davenport a few months ago and got nothing.

Poor Internet in NJ. Sprint issue?

My internet is so bad that updating the prl/profile, restarting, and toggling airplane mode won't do any good. Anyone have this problem in mid NJ?

Been having this problem everywhere I go. I haven't gotten above 150kbps on 3g since last November.

Same problem in Moorestown, NJ. Near Philly. 3G and 4G. Seems to better in the last 30 minutes or so...

Really bad in midtown this afternoon- no 4G connection at all for most of the afternoon, but seems to be working now (although a little slower than usual).

Old Bridge, NJ, and it's been sucking pretty hard for weeks. And I don't get 4G at all, anymore.

In bergen co. It sucks everywhere since dec. 152kbps. Monday i was able to get 542kbps at my house. They said the towers in my area will be fixed by the 29th of this month. Lets see

I had some problems yesterday for the first time - it was about an hour where I couldnt get a signal and kept roaming (also force roaming with roam control app) but then back to normal here in Somerset /New Brunswick.

Terrible speeds in Atlantic City but that has been the case for a while.

Is 4g ever gonna come to south Jersey?? Not the crappy 4g that hits the outskirts of Jersey from Philly, I mean true 4g in Jersey?? Been over a year and is truly a disgrace that Jersey has been passed over!! Bull#%&#!
