Hi Guys - Its amazing how much love a GSM GT gets.
Is it possible to have any of these GSM Roms on a CDMA Sprint GT ??
I have been looking all over the net, cant really find a good answer, maybe some of you experts and developers can help me.
Looking forward to your help.

Hi everyone! First of all I would like to say thank you for this great forum, it has already given me a great deal of answers (even though there are probably more to come). I am pretty much a newbie with WM Phones, or actually phones in general, so bare with me. I have already used the search function but couldn't find anything about this specific topic, otherwise, pointing me into the right direction would be greatly appreciated:
So, my problem is that I live in Korea and use the SCH-M480 Phone, that is only available in South Korea. I will be traveling to Europe soon, so I was wondering, if I can use my cellphone there. I've found out that the SCH-M480 is using something called "CDMA" instead of GSM, but since most smart phones have triband or quadband, I was wondering whether or not that would mean that I can use this phone in Europe.
Thank you in advance for your answers and sorry for my noobishness ^_^
Hello All! Have been a reader of the various threads for sometime, and I'm looking for information on flashing my old HTC Mogul to Cricket. Have a friend who's HTC Touch he was using bite the dust, he wants to buy my Mogul, providing I can provide a working phone on his Cricket service. He will require working web and MMS, any and all other refinements are a plus. Can someone please direct me to the appropriate thread to get me started? While I don't consider myself a novice (have done some wicked modding to my HTC TP2 on the Sprint network), I am looking for info that is well communicated and easy to follow, as this will be my first carrier changeover. Thank you's to any and all people who provide assistance, and BOO'S to those who attempt to criticize. Let's keep it friendly!
Hey guys,
Love the forum. Been searching around quite a bit, also bricked my HTC Snap S520 today. Should be getting a new one tomorrow.
It will be a Mobilicity HTC Snap and I know there are LOTS of people looking for the original ROM that comes with the phone so they can unbrick theirs. I would like to be able to help and provide one to everybody.
So, my question is; How do I create a complete and cooked ROM from my Mobilicity device so others can use it on their phones?
Well, I can see everyone is just jumping to help. I have the new phone, if someone lets me know if it's possible to help all these people with bricked phones, let me know.

If you want to learn how to cook, go to the chef central forums. There are some amazing tools to create your own custom rom.
If I want to back up the Mobilicity ROM for others, is it possible for them to use it? Or do they need to be HardSPL?
Hi,
I know a fair bit about linux and programming and got an i9500 in India.
There seem to be a lot of (legitimate) hate among developers regarding the Exynos5 due to open sourcing problems by Samsung.
My main question is that there are various kernels such as Wanham and Perseus for the i9500, can't the ROMs be built from those.
Is there a noob friendly guide so that one can understand that. I searched, but didn't find anything. Will be great if someone can point me in the right direction. I am sure I am missing a lot of info and want to help in any way I can in making the i9500 ROM.
Thanks in advance guys. I had the CM10.1 on my i9300 before this phone and die everyday I have to use TW.

i would like to know the answer to this as well!
+1
Hi All,
Apologies in advance for asking a question that many have tackled. However, I am getting mixed answers when looking this up. I am looking to buy a D800 (ATT) for use on Tmobile. Will I have issues with any voice/data services? Some say it works perfect, others complain about LTE issues. If someone could either point me to the answer or respond in this thread, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
