I am getting pretty good download speeds with the new release

Speed test are dependent on signal strength and signal traffic area.

That's randomly off topic.

Got you. Oops, guess I don't know as much as I thought.

Download speeds are area dependent. It depends on several factors. If you are wanting to pit CM6RC2/CM7RCx against other ROMs or other installs. Linpack and Quadrant standard is what you'd want to use.

I knew about linpack and quadrant, but instead of quadrant I use smartbench 2011 because it gives you two separate scores, even though its not organized very well.
What I was thinking when I posted was that there were different configurations with this rom because my download/upload jumped a bit.

Captivate froyo on vibrant

I saw on engadget that the captivate has received a fully functional froyo build. Can this be flashed directly onto the vibrant or does it need to be ported. If it does, is anyone working on it?

It's unlikely that Best buy will give out phones that aren't updated to Gingerbread considering the update was over a month ago now.

GTA III Settings?

I'm on MarcusantROM v2 (BML) with ShadowKernel 1.04+. I'm not overclocked and I'm running Chainfire3D at the default settings. What should I tweak in under to stop the random lagging?

Max i've seen on HSPA+ (21Mbps) is around 14mbps. Usually see around 6-12mbps normally.
Obviously this is all location dependant etc... but Three are much much faster than O2 and Vodafone.
