first try removing wifi conections "forget" and add them again if that doesnt work then make factory reset or eather case reflash.
if so by fastboot use
fastboot -w
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase boot
then flash 1.8 again
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot reboot

Hello, i updated my GT540 to the 1.5 update from Mur4ik today, since this update i can't connect to my wifi, it says it's getting ip and then starting again, a loop for all the time. It worked since 1.6 and every rom later, 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 and it worked in 1.4 of Mur4ik's Version. What is wrong now?
The Wifi is secured by WEP.
make sure you have typed the security key in right i have typed it in wrong and made me think it was connecting until i redone the security code
i have checked it several times now, i have done a factory reset via recovery mod and now it works. But thanks for the answer
Next time if you got some problems like that, just when you flash over fastboot write this:
fastboot -w
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase boot
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot -w
fastboot reboot
and have phun, I got some problems like u and the second time i was making it like that and it works perfectly !

right but also before do that is suggested to do a factory reset first of all
Thank's for this method.
it happened with me too..
after few day's i've realized that, it was after busybox updateing :S
Try edit ro.wifi.channels=(number from 12 to 16) in system/build.prop in Notepad++ (not in Root Explorer...)
Sorry for my english

What about this post? http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-player/help/nexus-player-bricked-t3160061
That is assuming you know how to use Fastboot. I would completely unplug the NP, hold the bottom button in while plugging in the power cord and see if it gets you to the bootloader?
Yes. I have tried doing some fastboot things. I downloaded the stock files from Google and doing the flash all bat file but it keeps erroring out saying it can't allocate space for system or something. Sorry, I'd try again but I gave up for today. I'll try again tomorrow.
May have to do it all manually: (Taken from http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-9/help/factory-image-flash-t2929019/post56529332#post56529332)
run the flash-all.bat up until the point where it fails
unzip image-fugu-LMY48J.zip
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash cache cache.img
fastboot flash userdata.img
fastboot reboot

thank you. ill try this now
i may have bricked it. its now saying errors for anything i do. i type in fastboot devices and it just gives me a bunch of question marks. gonna try calling google i guess
Called Google and they couldn't fix it so they sent me to Asus and that was a joke.
Asus tried doing a hard reset but that didn't work. They want me to send it in
Have you sent it back yet? Maybe try this? http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/development/toolkit-wugs-nexus-root-toolkit-v1-9-8-t2947452

yes, ive tried that. my pc no longer sees the np.
Ok I messed up pretty bad this time.
I used my Moto X Pure 2015 for a couple months. Unlocked bootloader, rooted it and used a couple diff ROMs. My father liked the phone, so wanted to give it to him after restoring it to stock, meaning unroot, lock bootloader, restore to factory ROM. But somewhere along the way I messed up and dont know how. I may have tried to flash 5.1.1 when my phone was already updated OTA to 6.0 but I am not sure.
Now I am stuck in a bootloop. The Moto Android logo comes up and it keeps looping there. I can enter bootloader but cannot enter recovery. It goes back to the loop when I attempt to go to recovery mode. I tried flashing (with the Flash-All.bat) packages lying out there, but my device isnt recognized. It says device not found. I cant even restart bootloader through the adb command. I type adb devices in cmd and it says ADB devices attached, but I dont see my device displayed. But Device Manager lists my phone as Motorola ADB Device.
I took a chance and sent it to Motorola......................... surprise surprise...../s , they refused to fix it coz of the unlocked bootloader(even with a fee).
So, now I cant flash anything, I cant go to recovery, nor can get the phone to boot up.
Have I lost the device completely? I dont have any nandroid backups either.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Ok. I made some progress. I Uninstalled my device drivers, reinstalled from the Motorola website. I am able to flash things from fastboot.
I did the following for MM6.0
adb reboot-bootloader
fastboot flash partition gpt.bin
fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
fastboot flash bluetooth BTFM.bin
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot reboot
Everything was successful.
Now I can boot into the OS.
But now my WIFI isnt working. I go to settings and try to turn it on, but it doesnt.
Can someone help me here>?

are you sure you flashed everything correctly?
I don't know directions or anything, but I can tell you from other posts on the moto x pure forum that your not the first to lose wifi after restoring stock. To my knowledge you need to down grade to the original factory Android version, not just 5.1 or whatever, it HAS to be the original Android version, AND original baseband and system version, then upgrade from there. Hour that helps a bit, but do some searching and I'm sure you will find what I mean.
Thanks for your reply guys. I eventually fixed it. I now am running the TruPure ROM and everything seems to be working fine.
Except the the MicroSD card that I had 'adopted' is now write protected. I am not finding any luck trying to salvage that. I dont care about my data on it, just want it to be usable. I read somewhere that the card, once adopted, will only work on that ROM that it was originally adopted on. I even tried flashing the other ROM (OrionOS) but no go. My phone doesnt recognize the card except in Recovery. Computer recognizes it but I cant do anything since it is write protected. I tried DISKPART, the regedit fix and a bunch of other stuff. Didnt help. Its a brand new card, so I dont believe the card has gone faulty. Any idea on how to fix it?

Hi. I have soft-bricked my phone and when I turn it on it says "ERROR:Can't load invalid boot image!" then after finding some solutions here in xda, the fastboot boot boot.img method worked but whenever I restart my phone it keeps bringing the problem back to I need to fastboot boot it again.. Is it because my fastboot is not saving my work after restarting my phone? Any solutions for this? Thanks in advance!

Best solution is to flash AFT (service) firmware. PM me if you need instructions.

Fastboot boot boot.img or fastboot flash boot boot.img. It's the difference.
I recently installed copper head os on my nexus. Everything went fine but now data does not work. Any ideas to fix this? I have tried the following fixes to no avail: removing and reinserting the sim, flashing an APN zip, rebooting the device in airplane mode, using the hspa dialer to edit the APN, rooting the ROM and editing the APN files. Nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated. When I use an app to get to my APN settings it says APN settings are not avaliable to this user even though I am the user account holder. Let me know what you guys think.

Haven’t worked from start or stopped working at some point?
Had issue with Nexus 5X, which I resolved with radio && vendor image (re)flashing.
Download latest CoperheadOS factory images for Nexus 6P from https://builds.copperhead.co/builds/angler-factory-2016.09.09.07.12.48.tar.xz, untar with tar -xJf angler-factory-2016.09.09.07.12.48.tar.xz and unzip image.zip, everything in same directory.
Try to fix issue with mobile data by installing appropriate images via fastboot in this order (do not erase bootloader!)
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase radio
fastboot erase boot
fastboot erase recovery
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
fastboot flash radio radio.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash vendor vendor.img
fastboot flash cache cache.img
fastboot flash system.img
fastboot flash userdata.img
fastboot reboot-booloader
fastboot reboot
If flashing the correct vendor and radio doesn't fix your problem, then you could try wiping EFS.
