Not sure if it has this exact clock, but "Analog Clock Collection" (without quotes, of course) from the market has several similar clocks.

I have a problem with camera 360, it's not fullscreen!

You need to disable/uncheck Compatibility Mode in Spare Parts, and then reboot, to get rid of the black bars.

quicksettings?

YOu could use any 4.2.2 based rom for htc desire to get this quicksettings .(would recommend vj's slimrom or cm10.1 v6.1 )
