NEW "official" HTC Touch HD ROM Upgrade!!!

Hi,
Dose any one tried the new HTC Touch HD ROM Upgrade published today on the official HTC web site?
I tried to download it but it says "Sorry, this software download is not suitable for your device."
Is it for specific language?

Currently I don't need an update. After the frezze fix, my HD is fine.
I never change a winning team, unless I can't resist....

I upgraded my HD from a dutch rom to this rom last week. It is a WWE rom and runs just fine. It is posted already on the forum.

kwabbernootje : can you till my how you did it. you say that your device language is dutch and could flash it with this WWE ROM without unlocking with Hard-SPL.

Uh, the thread title "New HTC Touch HD ROM available" a few lines down?

We've got the same situation like when hotfix has been released. 5 similar threads a day. Here and on rom development sub-forum.

ROM or WM ?
I want to change the language on a HTC Touch HD from DE to ENG.
Is it enough to flash the ROM with a WWE? and then the windows will start in ENG?
Or after flashing the ROM I need to install the O.S. as well ?

Help me With HTC HD( Telstra) ROM

Hi i have brought a seconds HTC HD today and updated a telstra rom from HTC website. But im not using Telstra Service, Using 3 Australia. I don't need all Telstra tabs. I have tried 3 roms from XDA but none of them worked when i clicked on update rom. Do i need any special thing to install and erase alla my telstra settings as well. i want Windows mobile 6.5 rather than 6.1, because even the touch screen has some problems at the corners installing new Rom can make any difference?
Please give me any one of the Rom and how to install in my mobile. Im new to HTC so don't know which is better or not just one rom and how to install gives me an idea. Thanks in Advance.

My SPL- 1.54.0000
it shows my spl is 1.54.0000 and it shows BLAC123 32 M.
Give me one ROM and how to load taht perticular Rom which can make the mobile into 6.5 version

I have htc hd from o2. I was to flash with sspl . don't work ????

install hspl, flash anything you like OVER USB
if you get in trouble and you want to return to stock find the Leo Official Roms thread, first post,first link, 1.43 folder, the o2 stock rom is in there.

Hello all,
i dont know if im in the right forum if not please excuse me.
I have some question about the 1.66.407.1 Rom and the 2.07.51.22_2 Radio.
I bought a HD2 with these Rom and Radio already installed on it, if i go to the HTC support site i only can download the 1.66 rom with 1.72 radio. Is there any way to get the combination above (1.66.407.1 and 2.07.51.22_2)? I want to try the white GTX theme but if anything goes wrong i cant flash back to default rom and radio.
I found a page which is offering:
RUU_Leo_HTC_GER_1.66.407.1_Radio_CRC_Signed_15.32.50.07U_2.07.51.22_2_Ship.exe
and
RUU_Leo_HTC_GER_1.66.407.1_Radio_15.32.50.07U_2.07.51.22_2_Signed_LEO_Ship.exe
but which do i need the CRC signed or not? And what does CRC signed mean?

The links you referred are for german Language. and to install any other Stock/Custom rom on your Hd2 you must have hspl2 installed on it first. check out for your choice of rom from many chef's available here. and flash it Simple using USB Sync process.
And if you want to go back to your stock rom . Then make a dump of your stock rom and flash it thru SD card. it will restore your hd2 OS back to the state as it comes from factory with original SPL.
for more information Search Forum.
Note: Installing Rom with Spl 2.10 or above( if any in future )Thru SD card will make your hd2 Lock to SPL 2.10 only. You Cannot Degrade SPL version. TRY ONLY USB. it is better and Good option to flash.

Htc touch hd aka blackstone

Hi can ayone help me install an update rom for my blackstone cause I'm stuck on spl 1.14 and I'm not able to install any other spl or hspl rom on my blackstone. I have downloaded every possible download but always getting errors and invalid id's can anyone help me please!

Or at least have you tought about giving us more information about current ROM?
