Problem with Kyrillos rom

Here is my situation
After flash Kyrillos rom,I got stuck at launcher choose screen,there's no reaction from screen and hard button,the screen just freeze like that
Then I reflash,passed launcher choose screen,then,I tried to get setting menu,got stuck again
Then I reboot,got stuck at launcher choose screen again
Do you have any idea how to fix this ?

Flashed with Indroid 3.0,it worked perfectly...
Should I try again with Kyrillos 4.0 because I prefer that one...

Here is my metod and it have worked for me : 1.flash JPF (without bootloader)2.flash RC2 3.FLASH RC3 4.ENJOY

OMG...after reflash still get stuck at bootloader sreen,gonna try ur way,hope it work...

you are welcome. one more thing your SD card MUST be in your phone while flashing RC2 & RC3

one mre thing please,would you mind to tell mind what is flash without bootloader ? Sorry but this is the first time I tried to flash my phone

I tried your way,it worked,but still freeze after few minutes
Also tried Apocalypse 1.0 beta 3,freeze too
So I flashed Kyrillos's rom RC2 and set CPU down to 706 Mhz,its better a little bit but still freeze few times
I think maybe because I did something wrong or my phone doesn't like OC rom...damn it...
So I will try with Apocalypse non OC,hope it will be better...(

Flashed Apocalypse non OC,it worked smoothy,perfectly...
One more time my phone told me that she doesn't like OC rom...:|
Gonna stick with this one

[Q] bluetooth

Kyrillos dear please help me my bluetooth is activated and stops working after a while I flashed my rom with the galaxy i5800 5.0 beta ... Yours faithfully

Muran bro can yu explain fully...what type of problem you facing..??? means some error or something else???

just turn on bluetooth works fine but then stops but the icon remains on ... wrapped function to happen ke 5 -6 hours and then goes off

did you check the visibility option?

I checked it ... the problem is that as soon as I turn it works after a while does not work anymore ...

It might be a Kernel related problem... Wait until Kyrillos' releases his final version and it should be fixed.

Try flashing back a stock rom. if the problem persists again then samsung care center is your destiny

you said that you flashed other rom and yet you faced the problem!! That means that either there is some problem with the roms or with your internal bluetooth hardware!! if it is the latter then u may need samsung care centre to replace your hardware!!
just try flashing the stock 2.1 or 2.2 rom!! which means the rom that you were on by default!!

in support for pro galaxy should I put the original rom right ... how do you??

So for some reason the latest time i flashed back to this rom my Home Button is non responsive? Has anyone had this problem any tips i cant seem to get this fixed =/
Also my lockscreen is non existent? is there some settings i missed im sorta new to MIUI so please any input would help....

Haven't ran miui, but I would check to make sure it wasn't disable by any kind of setting, or reflash the rom.

Well then wipe wipe wipe wipe. Wipe everything (data, caches, dalvik, etc). Then reflash the rom and see if that fixed your problem(s).

That was my first thing to try and i've been on the boot screen for a good 5-10mins now =/ Any suggestions?

Are you flashing the latest version of MIUI? Or restoring an old backup?

It's the latest version but it's also a back up...

Try wiping and flashing the latest version from scratch. If it boots, and the home button / lockscreen work, then you know that it's a problem with your backup

Random reboots

Need help here..i have been having this problem since two days..tried two different roms but not solved..
Problem: phone reboots most of the time while composing msg or rplying to msg..
Tried check's dk v2 rom and currently on touch x-treme 2.0 sp2..using ragemod t-30 kernel..
Plz help..
P.S:tried everything from wiping data/cache and dalvick cache..
Reinstalling rom..installing stock rom and custom rom but no help till now..
Tried samsung kb and gingerway kb..go kb..just in case kb problem bt no improvement..
Plz help..

Happened to me on Cognition v1.5 ,
Solved by removing un-wanted apps,
The problem might exist in some app, mostly in the one asking SU permission.
Try removing some suspicious apps, see if the problem exist.

There are lots of posts about reboots (many by me!) but I don't recall any reboots specifically relating to text entry.
In my own case, my phone misbehaved in a truly random way, with about the only consistant part being that it rebooted normally when it was doing nothing.
You don't say if you just have your phone for 2 days or if this is a new development?
All I can say is that I sent my phone for replacement (a painful process!) and the one I have now is fine. The SGS2 is a great phone when it behaves !!!

i have my phone since 2 months..this issue has been 2 days..tried ninpho kernel ragemod kernel..and 2 or 3 roms but the phone only reboots when entering text in stock messaging app..i surf net for hour..or cal or even use go sms pro then it doesnt happen..and I use the stock msging app which comes with rom..without modding it..dont use bln..I just cant seem to figure out y this is happening on multiple roms!!!

does it happen when using the messaging app on a stock rom

found the problrm today..
The problem is with jkay mod 9.1..I dnt knw wat it causes the reboots bt as soon as I uninstalled the mod and application..the problem ws solved..I m currently on batista rom and sppedmod kernel..and using jkay mod 8.2..no problems nw..
Gonna report it to jkay nw..
Any1 knws hw to get logcat of a prob??

Have you followed all the steps of this tutorial ("[READ THIS] Got a Boot Loop? Don't post a New Thread!" by Pulser, in the Q&A section) correctly?

it wasnt a "boot loop" boot loop is when the phone keeps rebooting from boot screen..it was phone random reboot..phone rebooting itself randomly(in my case in text entry)
anyways the problem was solved..
anyone else if having these sorts of problem in new roms(using jkay mod 9.1)
or using jkay mod 9.1 try removing it..or else using 8.2 jkaymod version..

Ive had several of these every like week on stock ROM not rooted, my suspicion is Weather widget, I terminate it by taking out battery, not ideal, but ......

urs must be a kernel problem or something..in my opinion dont be so harsh on ur phone reflash a new firmware through..pulling out battery everytime led me to broken proximity sensor...

Samsung galaxy s2 random reboots
hi
i have a new samsung galaxy s2 which was originally from bell canada but was unlocked(by imei unlock i think) the firmware is stock
model number : GT-I9100M
Baseband version: I9100MUGKG2
Kernel: [email protected]#2
my issue with this phone is that when im listening to music through the stock headphones via the stock music player it crashes, makes a sound while doung it. gives the media scanning on the bar on the top and the phone signal is not there.
i read from the other posts here that it may be from the sd card so i removed it but its still happening.
any suggestions?

I know this is an old post but I fixed my reboots by removing all apps from SD card, not had a reboot in months, cant use card for programs, stock ROM

I solved random reboots downgrading from 2.3.6 to 2.35.
Hope it helps.

Move everything from /system/etc/init.d/ to another directory on external_sd.
Flash a rock stable kernel like speedmod k21 without undervolting.
If it doesn't help flash a rock stable rom like Criskelo v38.

my phone did not fall on the floor and I flashed a custom rom yesterday. it started happening in the afternoon, today

TWEAKS? the tweak that i only remember that I installed is the broadcomm booster version 0.3

i think i got it you see Hyperion have a lot of tweaks and they may conflict with broadcom booster causing it to lag like hell try reflashing the hyperion rom deleting the tweaks then using broadcom booster or flash stock vie odin :fingers-crossed:

maybe the rom is not compatible with the firmware. try to use DXLF1 or DDMD firmware.

maybe its the battery make sure that the battery isn't moving inside the cover

Ok. I will go back to stock and observe if it is a hardware problem

I'm on hyperion too... Try hells fusion kernel. It's Stable and smooth...
As for tweaks I'm using vulpix3.0+flyon4.0 + gamers ram manager from flyon thread
As far as stability and performance is concerned there is no problem
Change kernel and flash hyperion ril fix(for older kernels like hells fusion) enjoy
