Touch HD unlock code

Anyone got this with instructions since many websites are selling it!

Can you help me unlock (CID and SIM) my Touch HD?

I recently bought an Orange Touch HD and am on O2.
Someone is selling unlock codes on eBay for £16 or best offer. I offered £12 and got a counter offer of £14 which I accepted.
All you do is insert a SIM for a network which is locked, and the HD will ask you for an unlock code.
Pop in your 8 digit code (I had to type it in twice) and the device is unlocked. SIMPLE!

I ended up using HTCCODE ,recommended by an xda senior member ,it was a great service and I got the code in less 5mins.I think I paid 16 pounds.

i UNLOCKED MY ORANGE htc touch hd , the day I got the phone last week! got the code from htccodes , paid 18euros which is nearly £18! the pound has really got weak .
put a old contract t-mobile sim in the phones entered the unlock code , twice , you shouldn't enter it more than twice as it could mess up! was unloced quickly and easily .
Now I have installed software on it , al i need is sat nav prog , any1 know which is the best , and works well with the touch hd.

this isn't the iphone you know, it doesn't need unlocking before you can install programs on it

i also used htc codes. excellent service via msn, answered me at 730 in the morning and had my phone unlocked within ten minutes!

I used http://www.unlock-now.com/, as I did before with my Elf, and have always had exceptional service. Entirely recommended.

The code is IMEI related. The codefor one phone will not unlock another.

Hi, sorry to reopen an old thread but i didn't think adding yet another unlock thread would be any better!
I'm just out of contract with Orange UK and will be moving to O2, well actually GiffGaff now since i've just discovered it but that's beside the point!
Anyway, obviously i need to unlock my phone first, however, i see this is done by using your IMEI and buying a code but I'm not sure which IMEI is the right one.
I've had the phone repaired 2/3 times and each time i've had a letter saying the IMEI has changed but when i dial *#06# i get one number, but the most recent number listed after it's repair doesn't match, neither do any of the old ones including the one behind the battery and on my original box.
I don't want to brick the phone by using the wrong one!
I even had trouble when i phoned HTC ages ago for one of the repairs, none of the IMEIs were recognised or something.
Any advice?

Hi, so i eventually noticed i was being a bit stupid and my IMEI after *#06# IS the same as the one behind the battery, but with 01 added at the end!
So i ordered an unlock code from an ebay seller and was told;
"Unfortunately we have not been able to calculate the code for your imei as your phone has the latest security and can not be unlocked using this service. we have sent you a mutual agreement not to carry out transaction. Please agree to it and we will issue full refund. If you still wish to Unlock your phone please have a look at this Item number: 110559753460"
The other item is just a more expensive unlock for newer devices i think, no response yet on whether they can get me a code at all if i were to buy the other item.
So, OK, maybe i should have used the unlock site mentioned somewhere on here but i tried to save some cash, sue me
Anyway, is the seller just talking cr*p or could the repairs and IMEI changes have caused my phone to have different security or something?!
I know i've not contributed to the forum a lot or anything but i'd really appreciate some advice. Thanks.

Guys i have question and help about unlocking tmobile touch pro 2

Hi guys 8 days ago i called tmobile and i get new line of service and i got tmobile version of touch pro 2 and and after 3 days i got the phone and i want unlock the phone and as i see some of you guys have some issue with unlocking the phone and i heard some of you guys called tmobile and asked for unlock code and they said you have to have the phone at least for 90 days and some of you guys said after we called tmobile and asked for unlock code and they emailed in 48 hours and they provided the unlocking code. now guys i have question for those people which they was lucky and they got the unlock code form tmobile and now i want know if i called tmobile what should i asked them to i get the unlock code because as we know we have to give them a good reason to just they give us the unlock code . now please guys help me out what should i tell tmobile customer service to i get the unlock code ?let me know guys . and by the way is there any software or cab file available to run it in phone to unlock my Sim card automatically ? or i have to wait for that. let me know guys.

Just let them know you will be traveling outside the US for a while and would like the unlock code for your phone so you can use local sims.
They will probably ask you where and try to get you to sign up for their international service. If they ask you where give them some country in the UK or carribean.
The more helpfull customer service reps will even check the country and let you know if your phone will work there once unlocked.
I'd use London/England as my destination
If you've had service in good condition with them for more than 90 days it should not be a problem. I also think you have to wait until you can't return the device anymore,so more that 14 days.

if you have been with t-mobile for longer than 90 days, they give unlock code out like free candies on Halloween

Unlock HTC HD2 US T-Mobile?

Hi,
I currently got a HTC HD2 SPL 2.08.HSPL and I was wondering if there is a way to unlock it, so I can use other carriers. I bought like 4 unlock codes and none of them worked... Is there any other method I can try to unlock it?

Hey I got my phone from my relative in the US and it was locked with T-mobile as well. I can't post links since this is my 1st post but google "mobileincanada". It should be the 1st link on the list.
Its cost $20 which is the cheapest compared my local stores which charged me around $40-60 to unlock the service provider. Also I received my code within 20 minutes. If you want to be sure, you can email them your IMEI code and ask if they can unlock it. I know you probably skeptical at this point since you have already tried 4 codes from other site. People that have used this site before leave feedback, you can look for my name (Carter Nguyen) in the feedback.

and 2 on ebay and none of them worked

T Mobile or a local store that hooks it up tho there pc should be able to generate the code, but there is no cert here

I just got my unlock code from cellunlocker.net. It took just 5 minutes to get it. 20 bucks.

just call t-mobile. don't pay for that crap.
they emailed me my code, it took like an hour for the code to arrive.

i have been waiting for more than a week now. no news from T-mobile after calling them. You must be very luck to get the code in just an hr. hmmm. please can anyone recommend a good site?

That is the problem with the network providers. They dont give the codes quickly. So the customers go in search of online providers for the codes. Even i was in the same situation when i wanted to unlock my mobile. I then unlocked my mobile at WickedUnlock.com within hours. You can trust this guy from whom i got the code. They provide genuine codes.

I have one T-Mobile version 8G dell venue pro for 3 weeks (from ebay), but need unlock code to use it in other network. I tried to ask code from dell unlock request code group, but they said cannot provide it since it's a retail version. So I placed order from one ebay seller and then another, but both couldn't get code for me. Then I submitted order in unlockallcellular.com, but they said so after 2 days.
Can anyone help me out of this problem? Where can buy an unlock code by searching in direct DB or cauculating method or software method LIKE fastgsm.com(they said they can only cauculate Samsung Focus). Thank you sooooooo much.

If dell doesn´t provide the unlock key I think you need to take a contract with T-mobile.
Or wait 2 days.

I assume you want a carrier unlock? IE you use another sim than the one that was provided? If so then...

yes, I need carrier unlock. I've sent mail to dell. They said it's a retail item, cannot give code.

you might have to call them then... I still havent recieved a response, and meanwhile I already travelled to the UK, so I am phoneless. Cheapest cheap phone here is 20pounds, but Virgin Mobile gave me a free SIM card to try out so I think I will have a friend in the States call them and give em my info so I can get this unlocked promptly. Their mobile support number that you should call would be 1-800-308-3355

im having the exact same problem here. even worse, i figured getting the unlock code would be pretty easy so i swapper out the 8gb card for a 32gb sd card which means the warranty us no good anymore and i cant send it back to the ebayer i bought it from.
i got in touch with dell anyway, same thing, its a retail device to contact tmobile.
but its not possible at the moment because i need to know the phone number of the sim card that came with it to sign up to the tmobile website, and i cant find out the number.
so does anybody have an email address for tmobile i could use it would be a great help?

I don't think there is any other way to unlock the atrix besides buying an unlock code. Unlock codes are fairly cheap on ebay, where I got mine. These are the guys that I used http://www.ebay.ca/itm/UNLOCK-CODE-...742?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2eb89f6246 .

hey i know about the site giving unlock codes ,i have tried cellunlock.net site but they said they cant get me the unlock code so i am confused is it worth trying on other site as i heart cellunlock.net is quite best in its work.Give me a suggestion should i try this on other site.They give this message like this

If the phone is on AT&T, call them.
They give out the unlock codes for free as long as your account is in good standing.
The easiest way is to use their online chat support.

i know about this but my AT&T account is less than 1 year so they wont give me,also it is not in good standing too
I have tried everything.Hope someone comes out with a solution of this.

Ask someone who has already had At&t for a year and they can call and get the code

The codes are available. AT&T unlocked my ATRIX over chat.
Took 5 minutes.

Cellular unlock works great, pretty fast too. Only option really if you're not in the states. If you have an at &t number online chat supposedly works great.

yeh i have given my order for the unlock code to cellunlocker.net ,on the site u jst have to put imei no and see that ur phone is available in their database.Also they say on there FAQ that if the code is not found on the AT&T database than there r other options to get the code directly from the manufacture,as i put my imei no on the site they say that the code is there in there database,but i dont think they wll be able to provide me through AT&t .I am waiting for there reply if they say they cant get me the code through AT&T i wll go to the manufacture method.Hope my code come this time.

I am skeptical about unlock codes. At first I bought one on ebay it did not work. Then I got one from at&t , it did not work either. I had at&t sim inside while unlocking. I think I blocked the unlock feature by trying too many times.
YES it is possible to enter an unlock code with at&t sim inside if you enter special service code first which bring the unlock menu.
Any thoughts?

obviously it's not if you used this method and none of your codes worked.

This may have changed, but the guy at the at&t store told me a few months ago that once your phone is over six months old you can just call at&t and they will give you the code.

Cheap unlock
In case you are interested, i got my unlock code for an At&t Atrix last week from unlock_fusion at e-bay. it worked perfect and was just $2.35.
They where quick too, bougt it arround midnight EST, and got it in less than an hour!
