Is there any kind of playstation network app? one that lets u do voice chats and send messages and stuff? just wondering if not is there anything in the development for a ps3 app?
that would be very cool but highly doubtfull considering there isnt even one for xb360, is there?
Another thought on this.
I was wondering how I could tweak my TP2 to work as a bluetooth headset for my PS3.
I seen that the Nokia N900 has an app called BlueMaemo which will control your PS3. I'm also wondering if this can be ported to WinMo.
I have been looking at BlueMaemo and was hopeing someone could make a app for using the mobile's keyboard as a bluetooth device for windows mobile.

As I answered in the FolioMod thread this is probably not possible since the IR eye is used to recieve IR signals and cannot send them. You can read some more in this thread.
Hi guys,
I would like to know if it's possible to use the Vision keyboard and trackpad to control a PC with bluetooth or tcp/ip.
This is for a car PC project
Thanks

Try BlueputDroid. It's in beta and it's buggy but it has potential if the dev keeps up with it. It uses bluetooth to connect without a seperate server program like the other apps on the Market. It was originally written for PS3 but it works on pc. You need to be rooted as well.
What specifically is this car project?

Thanks for your suggestion! I will look into that!
Aahh! Can't post images or links but here is the main idea of my build.
My car is a Chevrelet Cobalt 2010 and I plan to remove the Head Unit (Stereo) and put a 7inch touchscreen at its place. I'll have a computer in trunk along with my new amp.
It's why I'll need a way to control the computer. I doesn't want to buy a 100$ bluetooth keyboard/trackpad kit.
Feel free to ask any question!
Ever tried 'team viewer'?
I know its a remote assistance software but it works flawlessly. Not sure if it will work over Bluetooth, but it definitely does over IP. So perhaps you could create an ad-hoc WiFi connection in your car....
I couldn't find it in the market, had to download of developers site, just Google 'teamviewer'
Hope this helps....

What kind of PC and OS are you planning on running? This sounds like a very interesting project.
Open terminal and SSH to your desktop computer. There, in control of desktop with phone.
Gmote is my app of choice and it works amazingly well.

He wants to connect directly to the pc. Afaik Gmote uses your network to connect. This is how most remote apps work.
Thanks for all the indications guys I will look in everything you proposed and see if it's what I need.
I still can't post link but here is my project :

Hello everyone
A little question: is there and if yes how to find out the Hamachi address for our phone? Or an other address, but a public one which is related to the phone, and not to the router. The address i know are the addresses in the 5.0.0.0/8 network. COULD ANYBODY HELP PLEASE????!!!
Thanks in advance
hi i used to have hamachi, i actualy used it in a project but then i discovered a far better way to have voip over vpn going (that was my project). As far as i know hamachi havent released an app for android, there is for ubuntu and other linux distros but not for android. So you need the app to make it work. Now if you want to use it for remote control and share files and more use teamviewer is the best i've found so far and it has an app for Android which works like charm and very fast.

Actually, it goes more about things like hosting, DNS and making a connection to the phone itself. Because of that i was wondering if there exists a device-related address which is accessable on the internet... so.... if anybody knows something....

I developed a Pebble Watch app on an HTC 8X. All WP8 devices support RFCOMM which functions the same as Bluetooth SPP.

The 2 apps are in the WP Store. Search for Pebble Watch. I did the Pro and Lite apps.
