how to apply a theme in htc touch diamond

Hello all, i am new to the htc diamond so please mind me. how to apply a newly downloaded theme to my diamond?

Problem with Themes on htc touch

HELP! I have a HTC Touch Diamond and I can not change the theme Tf3D (does not change my watch and all the rest) the only thing I change the buttons. This new phone and do not want to install the ROM, I have Windows 6.1 Professional is a soft Polish (there is cheaper)

Dialer disappear after installing full hebrew language!! (pic inside)

hi guys! after installing 3 diffrent roms i don't know what to do any more!
atm i'm using BSB ROM WM6.5.1 build 28001 and i don't have dialer...
i'm installing this cab 2_RazSofTech_HEB_6.5.x_HTC_LTF_2010.
