What format does the Honeycomb Books app support? Where do files need to be placed in order for the app to detect them?

My mistake, I'm so used to asking general questions.
Also, I found the answer in that section. TY. Motion to delete seconded.

Just wondering if there was somewhere to get the HTC mail and contact widgets anywhere. I think theyre the best format for the HD2 but they arent included in alot of Android ROM builds. Is there a way to add them after the ROM is installed? Ive checked the market and theres nothing there.
search for a htc sense build in cwm format and take the file you want from /system/app
but i believe it will not run on a non-sense build.
This is an excellent example of a 'developer' thread post. OP please read this. Then read the rules. Then follow them.

??
This should be in Q&A, not Development. It's a question
The answer to the question is no. It isn't yet possibe for Sense apps and widgets to stand alone outside of Sense.
My earlier post was meant in something of an ironic manner.

No, they cannot. You will have to use adb.

Mitchdickson/bigdig - my apologies. I tried to delete the thread prior to your responses but only seemed to be able to edit.

He needs fastboot, which is in the same folder as adb, but is NOT adb.
OP, you can extract the img files from those tar files using 7zip. Good luck.

No apology is needed or even necessary. Every thread has its JERKS. You just met two of them here.

Yeah, and I can tell you straight you are DUMB Buddy
Considering that the thread containing the links to the stock image had very explicit instructions, I also question OP's competence and the justification for the support any posters might provide. xda is quite cluttered already. It doesn't help to promote posting new threads to ask questions about matters for which there is not only a thread dedicated for that question, but where an answer already exists.
The post providing the search results should have already ended the debate: OP is in the wrong and this thread should be closed. To support the existence of this thread and to try to justify OP is harmful to the community drive for organization.
TL;DNR the stock image ROM thread is where this question should have been asked. It was in fact already answered in that thread, messing OP made two wrongs with one fell post.

Why don't you quit making useless comments and be useful instead of being a smart ass. MODS will handle it, no need to be a ****.
