hi I just wondering if there is any difference in flashing galaxy tabs from asia europe and usa?I mean if the firmware are specific for regions?or those latest firmwares like JMI are universal?thx

Give it ago, but download the original firmware first incase it doesn't work out.

no you can't
firmwares differ from country to country.
radio and modem firmware is different.
BTW if you are rooted delete/uninstall all the bloatware from your device simple.
