Seems the €600 price tag will stay, seen it at other online retailers as well
This is probably only the UVP/MSRP, price will be reasonably lower when the device will actually be available.
But i suspect that this is the version without NFC-Support, 'cause you can't find anything about NFC at the page..

WOW, THAT was fast with Amazon. I preordered mine at expansys last week since it was not available at Amazon. Let´s see if Expansys plays the same game as with HTC HD2 two years ago. The countdown for delivery was resetted every two weeks for another 3 weeks all in all giving a delay of 8 weeks .......
So how reliable is Amazon.de? For prices and dates and such. Is this the same infamous one that is constantly leaking early product pages for unannounced stuff?

no mention of any expected release date for germany though... the only german dates i've seen are from smaller dealers and all show may.

there is. the model I9100 is with exynos and I9103 probably with tegra 2. So germans will probably get the exynos cpu.

Amazon.de just announced that Samsung postponed the release date for Galaxy Tab 10.1 until End of July. This is the third postponement in a couple of weeks.
I am really disappointed.
According to Telia in Sweden, the ones who preordered will get them by the end of this week.
Is anyone else getting a bit fed up with the waiting?
I thought it was known that 4th August was the release date, it is in the UK at least.

For some reason the Swedish carrier Telia got a head start. They are selling them from tomorrow, 29. June, although I think with all the preorders they have none left in stock.

Ah, thats interesting, am I correct in reading that the WiFi + 3G is 5300 Kronor and the WiFi only is 4400 Kronor?
If so, might be worth an import since I wouldn't need to pay customs from Sweden, or would I?

I'm far from an expert on this, but as Scotland is part of EU, as Sweden is, I believe VAT is included? But there can be special rules, like i.e. Swedes can't privately import your whisky They just won't send it to Sweden.
in the end, it's up to the buyer to check which rules apply.

I would think that VAT would be included in the Swedish price.

Samsung Galaxy Note launched in India with a MRP. of Rs.34990/- and will be available everywhere within a weeks time starting today. Also the first 100,000 units will come with a free complimentary leather case worth 2200/-.
Now the bad news: on asking the samsung people about ICS update for galaxy note they couldnt comment neither about availability nor could confirm whether it would be updated to ICS at all.
UPDATE: According to one of the tech reviewing sites igyaan (who were present at the india launch event), they have confirmed from samsung officials that Galaxy note will indeed get ICS update. That seems promising !

Actually I got it from eBay, the seller had decent reviews so I thought what the heck. I couldn't get it ordered from online German retailers since the only one which could ship to India was charging me 290 Euro for shipping. It is set to be shipped today and then delivered within 3-5 business days, hope it goes well.
EDIT : It was 820$(USD) plus 79$ for shipping. I'm not sure what the import duty will be, but I'll deal with it.

That's still so expensive..smh.. hope its price is lower when it launches in India.. 40k+ Rs is just too much.. its supposed to be a hybrid of galaxy tab 750 and a galaxy s2.. so ithe price is supposed to be in between.. but since Samsung doesn't want to interfere in the sell of the new galaxy tab, it is costlier.. and besides there is still no other product in d phoblet department to compete with the galaxy note.. so its goin to be expensive here too ,I guess

Only the iPhone in UAE is above 3k aed, all other android phones are around 2600 aed.

It was on pre order form saletab.com from UAE for 2599 now I see they increased prie to 27XX and delivery is delayed to 30th April.
I am in Qatar and had ordered from ebay, costed me around 3 K incl shipping
or handtec i think is best as they will DHL it international and will not charge VAT you have to wait a little bit though but possibly prior to 30th April.

One hopes that both Samsung and HTC don't increase the price by another 10k like they did last year..........actually if they do then Note4 suddenly becomes a interesting option..
India as usual should have a May release i guess...so i am not going to wait for it and will get a unit from US...the price should be the same as last time
I feel the price would be just 50k. Anything more than that will make it really difficult, whith those iPhones and Galaxies coming into the picture!
Though it sure looks like a great device, if only I could own one.
The price would be hovering around 45 - 50k I would say 48k being the sweet spot...
S6 and S6Edge gonna retail around 52 - 68k with the 128gig option not available for us
Getting it from US makes more sense as the expected price there is 600usd which is still 12 to 14k lesser than the price here. You don't get warranty then though.

I dont think so, Dual sim will be available in later varaints like E9, Eye series phones
