Just a preview, gotta start somewhere

From what I've seen anything based off the current sdk is going to a bad experience, like the first GB ones were.

Indeed, got to remember the first gingerbread sdk builds. Or even early froyo for that matter. Took forever to get a working camera. I remember the first CM test builds. But we'll see as time goes on.

He got banned for giving away paid apps that has almost nothing to do with the fact that he know makes Roms. He got a new version of android booted yay us its exciting. When someone else does it then we can go to their thread.

You are better off going with CM 7 or CM 7 nightlies than the above link as you will get more support for them here on XDA than that site offers. And in my opinion CM7 is far superior to that mod anyways.

You do realize that their OMHC is a pure beta with hardly anything working, so saying something is far superior to that is a pretty poor choice of words.

It's a sdk port so its crap
Honeycomb is meant for tabs anyway
I doubt we will have a fully functional version here on xda due to our screen being.too small for the OS

I can't really understand your point. He asked for a HC port and I gave him a link to the only one that I know of. He did not ask for the best ROM running gingerbread, so I fail to see why your still here.

To me, it's more of an extreme dislike of the people posting these threads every day. How hard is it to go to google, type in "honeycomb incredible", and click a link; only to download something you'll use for 5 minutes, tops?

I for one, will miss him. He helped me tremendously with my theming. I hope he makes his return when everything settles down

Dreamsforgotten, last I talked to k0nane personally on the night of the ACS/INC start he told me Dreams was knee deep in smali code (theming) for the Nexus 4g..
So we definitely have a lot of important pieces missing to the big Epic 4g puzzle... I sure hope one day they all come back so we can finish this picture.
We still have some great themers and developers, plus many new in the last month or so up and comers that have made a great impact on the scene so we are going to all have to pull together and do the best with who/what we have. Everything will be fine.
Now more than ever everyone needs to work together, hand in hand and share to make future GB and the last of EC05 development the best it can be for the Epic 4g.

Don't matter, I'm trading my extra Atrix for the Inspire, pretty much will rock MIUI or Sense 3.5 from here on out. Either will, I will have MIUI.

Well good for you ....I decided against the inspire when I purchased my atrix and im still happy with my decision. Inspire amoled ftw though.

No, not confirmed yet. But lets not get off topic of the thread.

I am very excited for miui to be honest. I was also able to find two other people have been working on porting over miui for 4-5 months and haven't gotten very far so its definitely no easy task. I am very appreciative of any dev who can do this on their own dime. Lets hope for a speedy and full recovery for the dev!

Not so much crickets as just this section doesn't get much use in the over all big picture. Look down the thread list and it's a couple posts a day if that.
As for the ROM I think it's GREAT you are still trying to support it and make it better. There are so many ROMs coming out now that they get an initial release and dropped cause the DEV finds something else or just falls off the face of the Earth.
Keep up the good work and we all look forward to future releases.

I would take the challenge man, but idk the first thing about developing, a little C++ and understanding of computers .. I built my own computer, but I've never gone that deep into my evo, I kinda understand how some tweaks / codes work but that's it, I've tried reading up on it but its way confusing.. I need hands on teaching, I'd abosoutly love to develop my own rom tho

just an uninformed guess but I would guess ReLoaded
Destroyer was the first ROM I flashed........ it rocked ... then .... Classic Supermagic still does... and so does Reloaded....
