I flashed the same rom and kernel, and my csc and pda are blank. It doesn't seem to affect anything.
I flashed the bell i9000 modem - you can flash any you like.
Hi all,
I currently own a sim free Samsung galaxy S5 Device model: SM-G900F. I'm on contract with EE in the UK and they're currently offering WIFI calling, but only on their EE devices. Does anyone know if I can flash the stock EE ROM on my S5 SM-G900F? and if so how I'd go about finding it?
Thank's in advance.
So I basically need to convert my SM-G900F into an SM-G900T. Is this possible?
I found this EE firmware. Should I be pretty safe flashing it? It has the same model number as mine but it's an EE firmware so I'll be able to get my WIFI calling. http://storagecow.eu/index.php?dir=Xda/Galaxy+S5/United+Kingdom/
Yes, it's safe flashing it with that firmware.
Thank you.
The rom your link goes to is a 4.4.2 2014 rom go to sammobile.com and search for the latest EE rom for the G900F you can't convert an F to a T version either latest EE rom should be PDA G900FXXU1POD1 CSC G900FEVR1POD1 after flashing the rom you will need to do a factory reset on the phone
To make a long story short, I bought a motherboard for a note 3 from Hong kong (AliExpress). According to the seller, the motherboard was an European version, but it turned out to be a Hong kong model (TGY). I have nothing against Hong Kong, but I tried flashing a European rom 4.4.2 (XEF) with Odin, but I was getting ext4 image errors. So, I flashed with a pit file and it went through, but wifi was greyed out, and there was no way to turn on Wifi. So, I reflashed TGY rom (4.4.2) with a pit file, and everything seems to work including Wifi.
BUT, I have an European rom (rooted, deodexed stock 4.4.2) with some modifications, and I would like to install this rom. Can someone suggest what I can do, to flash an European rom to a TGY model?

I think it's possible to use custom rom across any region. Only got problem when flashing with odin. With custom recovery should be fine.
Not really sure though.

Thank you.
I rooted and installed Philz Recovery. Then, I flashed a custom rom 4.4.2 (XEF). It flashes with no problem, but wifi was still greyed out.
Then, I followed this procedure. (Sorry. It is in French..)
http://forum.frandroid.com/topic/188067-tuto-flasher-une-rom-europe-sur-note-3-hong-kong/
But, I got the same result with wifi greyed out.
As I have another N9005 (European version). I saved a pit file from this, and reflashed 4.4.2 (XEF) with Odin. Still., wifi greyed out.
I made a comparison between the two Note 3, and I found out that the bootloader is different. So, I am trying to find a way to change the bootloader.
By the way, the European model is made in Korea, and the Hong Kong model is made in China.
If you have other suggestions, you are welcome.
Is it a N9005 motherboard or some other version ??

So I have a new G950F that has international firmware on it. I am with TELUS in Canada. I want to flash a "stock" firmware that allows for Samsung Pass / Pay / etc. and use on TELUS. Am I correct to do the following?
1) Turn off the OEM lock in Settings.
2) Flash latest firmware of G950F via Odin (a link to the firmware I should use would be great)
3) Flash TWRP for Exynos
4) Flash the CSC Selection zip for Canada to use the TLS CSC.
5) Root with Magisk.
I'm coming from the Snapdragon variant and just don't want to screw this up.... if someone could confirm, that'd be awesome.
If you have the F from a region that already has Samsung Pay enabled, you can just download Samsung Pay from the Galaxy Store and add a CIBC card to it.
Hi
I bought a j7 pro 730f/ds from UAE. Now I am settled back in India. I want to flash the stock firmware of 730gm/ds. Is it possible to flash the whole firmware? I can flash the CSC and AP from Indian firmware. But I want to flash modem and bootloader too. Is it safe to root before flashing? Is it possible?
