Hi,
I recently flashed my HTC HD2 with the nand Android 2.2 (HSPL is 2.08.000)
I'm experiencing problems with the G sensor. Sometimes the screen won't flipp within the Browser market place mail client ect. The only app where everythng works fine is Teeter.
Do I have to instell a bug fix? Or is it a known problem with no fix available?
Thanks
Cuerly
It's hard to say without knowing which build you flashed. depending upon which kernel you are using, you might be able to calibrate the sensor.
I suggest that you ask this question in the relevant development thread... once you have 9 more posts under your belt.

Hi Guys, my first post! I'm having a troubles with my Blade. The rotating sensor axys isn't working, to be honest it never been working, even with the stock rom. I'm now running Cyano Gingerbread 7 and the situation looks always the same. Tried to switch the button on the menu off/on many times and tried also to move fast the phone in my hands... There is a way to check it? Somebody haves the service manual of the Blade, or help me in some way.
Thanks in Advance.
Hi all,
I apoligise in advance if this has been posted before but it's 4:30am and I don't have anymore time to search for this problem.
I've noticed ever since I've updated my phone to Darky's ROM (starting in dec 2010 with v8) my proximity sensor hasn't been turning my screen off during calls. I'm not sure if this is rom related or not but I ran some tests tonight (using SGS tools and sensor test/z-devicetest) and in all those apps my sensor doesn't seem to respond.
Does this mean it's broken?? Or am i missing some drivers or something??
I'm currently running DarkyROM v10.1.
TIA
Edit: found out that it is indeed working, however only when a bright light shines onto the sensors. Is this normal??
Dear Team,
If you can please guide me through to resolve my error with regards to Gyroscope sensors while playing games.
I play "asphalt 8 airborne" extensively on my phone henceforth my sensor initially works okay but after a use of 30 min the sensor does not respond to my action on contrary over responsive behavior is observed.
To resolve this i have been using variety of custom rom on wide range and lastly settled with Stock Rom factory version. but unfortunately this wasn't the solution as-well. i have used different rooted and non rooted app to calibrate the sensors but this was temporary solution.
Kindly help me with your feedback as what would be my next step to resolve this?

HI,

Hi, I have a problem with the compass on my UMI zero. When I use google maps or any compass app the direction pointed by the arrow is always the same whatever direction i rotate my smartphone at. Only sometimes it points in the right direction but slowly rotating to the same wrong one. What's going on? I tried to install different ROM but the problem was never solved, and at the beginning it was working, i cannot say flawlessly but at least acceptably.
Compass problem
i was facing the same issues as you are with UMI Zero's compass especially on its stock firmware (update 3.10), but i went ahead and got the rom from this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/and...-miumizero-miuiv6-umi-zero-t3050090?nocache=1
and installed the firmware available on it.
i also made sure that all GPS settings were on before using the compass because without it (try using it with the data on for the first few trys), it kept telling me to wave the phone in the shape of an 8 to recalibrate it. it works now much better than before but it is still not completely accurate. i think the problem is within the hardware rather than the software.
