Best ROM/2.3 Update?

Hey guys. So I've got a Galaxy S, and have some questions.
1. What in your opinion is the best Galaxy S ROM?
Also, what's the best ROM For 2.3 with just stock TouchWiz 4.0?
2. If I upgrade to 2.3, will it make Rooting harder?

I've been looking at a LOT of threads but I can't seem to decide on the best one. I want a stable ROM that is just debloated and rooted.

New LG G2 F320 user, got some questions

Hello, I'll be getting an LG G2 F320 (Korean model) soon and I got some questions.
1.What is the easiest way to root it?
2.Which is better, KitKat or Lollipop
3.What are my ROM options?
I checked the ROM section but I find very few ROMs that support the F320 model.
Also, what ROM would you recommend. Should I flash a stock based one or AOSP/CM based one? What are the pros and cons of each?

My only opinion is that Lollipop is better than Kitkat.

In Resurction Remix for example, the sd card doesn't work. In lollipop works very fine resurection remix, the others, in my opinion they have some lag. And in KK you have Miui7 and cloudgy

Also, do AOSP/CM based ROMs have worse camera and battery?

For rooting, iroot worked without any issues... after that try cloudy g3 rom.
