I have read about a rom that effectively wipes an Evo - EVO 4G General

I believe it was created by Calkulin, but I am not sure. I would search for it, but search has been down for a while on my end. I'm sure someone could just point me to it in a heartbeat.
Thanks everyone.

Thank you. The problem was I had no idea what I was searching for haha.

Haha! Thanks! I was looking for this too!! I tried stuff like "total wipe" and "Full wipe"......FORMAT ALL!! sheesh!
Thanks

it's not called a ROM by the way. it's just a flashable zip file.

Which is why I find it fair to donate to DG. He may not be the only one working on Cappy but it sure as hell seems like he's the most dedicated one (check it P9 timeline for release

^^ Good Post! HAHA! ^^
This is the newest news from the Nexus S Dev Forum:
Update: We need another dump!
This dump was taken via fastboot oem unlock and adb pull /system and it's apparently missing permissions and symlinks.
We need to get a dump from a rooted, busybox installed Nexus S using the following command:
tar zcvf /sdcard/system-dump.tar.gz /system
Us Galaxy S users could also use a kernel dump.
Even if you have no clue how to do any of this, please go to http://webchat.freenode.net/ and join the channel #NSdev
Just mention that you have a Nexus S and we will walk you through the process.
-Thanks
Can't wait to see this baby running!

Anyone have a copy of the CM 7.2 kernel? I don't know if I'm missing it somewhere, but I can't find a link.
Thanks.
Download the rom and extract it from the boot.img?

Guess I'll have to. If anyone is kind enough to do this for me while I am out of town, I would be incredibly appreciative.
