Hey everyone I have a HTC HD2 with 02 the current ROM version is 1.72.206.3 (86372) WWE I am trying to upgrade to the Windows phone 7 or android but mainly WP7 I need help as I tried to upgrade to the firmware that I found all of you post which is version 2.000.0 but it wouldn’t work I don’t know why it stays on 0% on my HTC so can anyone help thanks.

what abour the INTERNATIONAL HD2? what should i do? I want to upgrade my WM 6.5 ROM version 1.48.720.2 (71294) WWE Radio Version 2.05.51.05_2, I need to do that because i can not install ANDROID VERSION 2.2 on my HTC without doing this step first but i don't know how to do it.
All the softs i have found are for Radio Version 2.xx.50.xx and not for my version.

I have done all the updates from HTC official site, but when i don't have the right to update my rom.
Can enybody tell me why? When i have to reinstall the phone i must install every software update.....

I'd therefore like to get some info about changing the language of HTC HD2..
I downloaded few roms but they didnt update each time some error popped up.
Here's the detail of the phone i have.
HTC HD2
OS Version - 5.2.21869 ( 21869.5.0-82)
Manila Version - 2.5.19211619.0
Rom Version - 1.66.409.1 ( 76641) NOR
Rom date - 01/12/10
Radio Version - 2.06.51.07
I downloaded the following roms
RUU_Leo_Vodafone_UK_1.72.161.3_Radio_CRC_Signed_15.32.50.07U_2.07.51.22_2_Ship
RUU_Leo_HTC_WWE_1.66.405.2_Radio_Signed_15.30.50.07U_2.06.51.07_Ship
but i had errors while updating it..
Can anyone please be kind enough to help me with it?
give me the link for proper rom that will work on my phone.. its got Norwegian language something..

Okay well first off do you have a TMOUS HD2 or International HD2. TMOUS will have T-Mobile above your screen.
If you do have T-mobile you should not be trying to download any ROM's that are based on 2.07 or lower. Although the phones might look the same they are not. If you do have a International HD2 then your in the incorrect forum. Look for HTC: Leo HD2 on the forum list.
& if you are trying to flash custom roms you need HSPL. Please read the stickies posted on ROM Development before trying any of this. There is a chance you will brick your HD2 and it will end up useless.(Broken)
Check this thread out and scroll down to my post and all that information will help you if you indeed do have a TMOUS HD2.

Im on vodafone uk and all versions of Android work fine on my HD2

In all the tutorials I'm reading, I am having a hard time getting started because tutorials for SPL 3.03 require Radio version 2.15 and the official HD2 ROM. Can you clarify how to update the Radio and ROM version on a Vodafone branded phone? Is there a particular Froyo installation guide that would best suit my configuration? Thanks for your help.

Hi Mike,
It doesnt matter what version your Radio is as you want to install HardSPL on your phone before flashing a newer Radio.
Follow my LEO flashing guide and use HSPL4.exe to change your SPL to 2.08.HSPL (HardSPL v2.08). Then you can flash a new 2.15.50.14 Radio via the same guide. You will now have the pre-requisits to install Magldr v1.13 and then CWM which you can use to flash a NAND Android Rom.
It may sound complicated but everything you will need is in my guides in my sig.

Seems you're still running an original untouched rom on your phone.
Prior to install WP7, you should follow this thread:

Once done, install magdlr 1.12 and follow the instructions here to flash correctly WP7

When I treid to install magdlr 1.12 It was trowing error so could not able to install..

If you want to install WP7 to your HD2 then a video tells you more then 1000 words:

I took on my first time the first video, on this the developer has an android system but that doesn't matter because he delets all data and installs a clean WP7 on it.

Just a personal hint: make a hard reset after task 29 and use a radio 2.15.50 not above!!
Hi, I spent all of yesterday working on this and searching for the answer and I grasp the process of how to do a NAND installation of Android onto my phone.
The problem is I can't find an RUU that will allow me an upgrade from my current SPL version of .87 to one which is supported by HSPL*.
Also, HTC's website is giving me Server Unavailable's whenever I try accessing it for the official ROMs.
I understand that I need an official ROM upgrade which will give me a valid SPL so that I can in turn put in HSPL. Does anyone have such a ROM? Is there any other way? All help is appreciated, thank you.
Some specifics:
Phone: HTC Touch Pro 2 (Rhodium 210), TMOUS
Current SPL: 0.87
Current O.S: WinMo 6.5
Current ROM Version: 1.91.531.4 (WWE)
