If you don't mind doing everything over a factory reset will bring the default youtube app back.

Are you familiar with odin? If so use that to flash your phone to stock rom with everything freshly installed.

Greyblur should not have deleted Google Talk. If you have titanium backup installed, and backed up before installing greyblur, you can probably find it and restore it with that.
But since I'm super nice.... try this:

Try clearing market cache and is that app compatible with the firmware you're using.
Sent from my HTC Glacier using XDA App
Will do and yes. But some install and some don't no matter what firmware

No luck

Also try clearing market data with Titanium if you can. I've noticed that sometimes clearing the data from the built in app manager doesn't work right.
Lets see if I can download titanium
Sent from my HTC Glacier using XDA Premium App
Nope didn't work. I was just curious if there was a file I could edit

Goto the market through your computers browser , and login to Google account, then download the app from their and choose to send it to your phone.

I get that error sometimes too. Just try to install it again. Mine takes a couple tries sometimes but it will always eventually install.
