[Q] Automatically "Show Pictures" in emails... ?> - Droid X General

Every time I view emails I have to always click that "Show Pictures" button. How do I automatically make it show the pictures so it won't ask me?

Aging (auto deleting) of text messages

Anyone know a way to get the 8125 to auto-age (delete) text messages?
Or a 3rd party software product that does this- right now all I can do is manually and it's quite a pain.
I've tried "text messages-tools-manage folders" and then did the "tap and hold" on the text messages inbox, for example, but "folder options" is greyed out.
??
Thanks,

my info background pic

does anyone know how to change the background of my info?
If you're referring to the "Today Screen" where you see stuff like calendar appointments, unread messages etc then do this...
Start -> Settings -> Today -> tick "Use this picture as background" then click "Browse" and browse for an image.
No, the reference is more likely to be for the "my info" screen displayed if the user chose so when the device is awoken or rebooted.

MMS:Attaching pictures from Storage Card

I would like to know if there is a registry tweak which will allow me to attach pictures from my Storage Card to MMS messages.
Now I know that you can send the message directly by choosing it and then selecting which way to send it. What I'm talking about is once you're in the message and try to attach a picture or video, it only looks for pictures on my device and doesn't give me the option of searching on my storage card. Can anyone help me with this?
If you click on "My Pictures" under MMS on the top left corner, it drops down a menu. Select "My Device" from that menu. You will then see subsections such as Application Data, My Documents, etc. Select "Storage Card" and there you go! Select the picture you wish to send.
I feel like a doy-doy *giggles* I was looking for an option on the top left corner. I never noticed it as a folder under the device. Thank You, Mrbelvedere.
You're welcome. Glad I could help.

[Q] "My Info" contact picture showing avatar, and in messaging app

Hey everyone. I have an annoying issue that has reoccurred multiple times now. I've used a workaround of just manually adding my picture to it before.
In my Galaxy S5, the "My Info" local profile shows the standard avatar, and only my phone number. I previously manually added my own picture, just so I would see my own picture in the messaging app.
Is there a way to link the local contact with my Google+/Facebook/Gmail picture? I have a contact entry for my own info under "Me" that I manually entered in Gmail years ago.
Just to clarify, this is the contact entry that appears to be locally saved on the phone, undeletable, and the contact picture of that entry shows as your picture in the messaging app.
