Can You Help Me - HD2 Windows Phone 7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting an

hi i have a htc hd2 and its using windows mobile 7 so is there anyway to flash with windows mobile 6.5
thanks a lot

You can flash whatever ROM you like, maybe the stock ROM will be best.
Start here to learn the basics (especially flashing your first Leo - or USA Leo) and get useful tutorials and more, then download the ROM you want to flash, and do what you discovered in the sticky thread.

thnx a lot i wasnt sure about that but i know how to flash hspl etc so thnx very much

Why you are going back to 6.5? Have you some particular reason? Be more specific please.

Go into bootloader, wait for usb connection established, and flash any winmo 6.5 using rom update utility.

thanks a lot both of you

It's okay to post dumb questions, but don't act like an ass typing in these big letters

yeah I agree with StephanV, and if you did some searching and reading you would know that until nand is ready we cannot, and if you don't want to go thru the hassle of booting from sd using haret as you make it sound, then don't use android!
once again my advice to the mods: please make a sticky of this question in this subforum! and don't title it nand because newbies won't get it

I've got to the point now where I can't be arsed being nice to people asking the same question over and over again, but in fairness, it's not their fault.
You can't expect them to read page after page of thread after thread to find out that when they want to install Android to the ROM they should ask about installing it to NAND.
I can't believe that there's no stickied thread that clearly states Android ROM flashing, or a dummies guide to installing Android.
It seems all I do these days is tell people they mean NAND and explain that they don't need HSPL because their radio is already suitable!!!!
Rant over - I feel better

Hey i have windows 7 fully working. However i dont like it and i want to switch back to android. Anybody know how i can get back to WP6.5 so i can install android again? Thank you sorry for the inconvenience!
Put your phone into bootloader, connect to PC and run either stock ROM RUU or any custom RUU with your favourite custom ROM.
Or Just enter USB flasher mode in magldr and Install android.

dont know what rock youve been hiding under
but you can have windowsmobile on the phone and run android from the sdcard
as stated by Kameirus you can run windows mobile 6.5 using nand as well as running android off your sd card. infact some windows mobile ROMS include a android loader already built in.
this thread should shed some light on how to proceed to install Android onto your sd

Very easy, go to Bootloader (Press Volume down + Power button) then flash WM6.5 ROM
Or you can get into bootloader and do a task29 then flash WM6.5 rom

u will waste ur time i did it once i couldnt work with wm for 30 mn so i get back to nand ....
if u still insist u can download the energy rom ( u can flash it without changing ur hspl ...) and run custom ruu from ur computer or rename the other file inside to LEOIMG and place it in the root of ur sd card ...than it will be loaded when u will go to bootloader ...
good luck
this thread i think will shed more light on the steps you'll need to follow & gives a very detailed list. even if you have already reverted back you may want to read the post anyway because it has a lot of informtion that could be useful.
make sure to take a look at the 5th topic in te 1st post. (FLASHING WINMO BACK TO NAND)
and one more question i have problem with back and home buttons dont work any sugestions.they work for a while like working not working and i tried thanks to you with backing to winmo but again with winmo doesent work any more any opinion thanks upfrontly
