The incoming call vibration is a bit annoying to me. It overpowers the ringtone. Somehow i can't figure or find the settings to turn it off. Help!
settings > sound > vibrate (uncheck the box)
Thanks, that was simple. For sum reason I had thought it was for notifications only and excluded call

This is prolly a noobish question but...
My hermes makes a short vibration when a phone call is successfully connected. Is there a way to turn this off?
Have you by any chance installed PhoneAlarm. If you have then there is an option to "Vibrate on Connect". Just uncheck the box against this option.
Regards
Go into Settings > Sounds and Notifications. Go to notifications tab and disable vibrate on call (connection) connect.

good call on the phonealarm setting. That fixed it

Hi, wouldn't it then disable vibration when someone is calling me?
I've Found it, Go to phone settings (Comm manager>Phone) and turn off vibrate when connected it is found near the bottom
Ah, my mistake, I misread.
Amazing, thanks a lot
Hi, does anyone know how to disable the vibrate alert in the DHD when a call connection is established?
Go to Menu > Settings > Sound > Vibrate you can turn it on or off.
It also affects vibrations when Notifications come up.

Actually i did it, but it doesn't effect vibrate on calls
I actually have this problem too...if someone can give a solution to it...it would be awesome.
Just checking, you do mean the small vibration when you make a call and the other person answers?
Just tried it on mine and that option definitely controls the call connection vibration. Untick and the vibrate stops when the number answers.
Sorry if yours is different somehow.

Ya... I am referring to the small vibration delivered whenever a carrier notification is delivered. Call connect in particular.....
Hi, I have disabled all the vibration settings found on "Sounds and Vibration", as well as turned off the Vibration feedback to zero. But still I have the vibration feedback when I need to slide the call slider to receive the call! Anyone here to help me out how to turn off that vibration? I have also tried the call setting option without any success.
In my Android Sounds & Vibration Settings I have "Vibrate when ringing" set on, and a default ringtone. I'm using a Canadian VOIP dialer called Fongo.
With my Axon in Vibrate mode, when I call my Fongo number the Axon will only vibrate once, like a message notification. The call will continue to ring but the Axon is silent/motionless.
In the Fongo app Settings, I can turn on a separate "Vibrate When Ringing" toggle. This fixes the ringing issue, and will continuously vibrate when a call is ringing. However this breaks Silent mode function, so if the Axon is in Silent mode, it will actually vibrate rather than be silent.
Anyone know how I could fix this issue? At work I need it to be 100% silent in Silent mode, and need it to vibrate continuously when receiving a call in Vibrate mode. The vibrate setting is audiably loud in my quiet workplace (film set) so you can understand how this is an issue.
