Still waiting but why ? It has been for about 10 ten days since first release for few countries but still no common release for all countries. Any idea about that? Still testing? So frustrated!
Which country are you from? I have Indian I9500 and got two 4.3 so far.

Flash latest indian(INU) firmware with odin if you don't want to wait ... one of the less bloated stock firmwares too ...
At least you're turkey, my region is Panama(TPA) it usually takes months for this region to get updates and most of the times doesn't get any at all

Well if you actually ask a question rather than just saying "what will happen if i flash android 4.4.2 from Spain for Vodafone ??"
To put it straight, you'll have Vodafone's 4.4.2 firmware on your device. It's no different to any other Kitkat except carrier bloatware.
I meant as will it cause a problem as im not on Vodafone carrier!

Potentially yes. Depends what they have baked into it,could just be Vodafone network, messed up CSC and security etc etc. But then again, probably not.
Word of advice though, seems like Carrier firmwares aren't flashing for people and they seem to work OTA only. The normal XEO Polish ROM works fine for everyone bar HK users.
Thank you, I got my answer.

Carrier firmware is also a lot trickier and might only contain the APNs for themselves and not all the carriers.
Also XEO is known to also have problems on Nordic EU N9005.
Yes I guess you are right @xclub_101 this polish version of kitkat cause me some strange problems and makes my phone restart suddenly when its on standby!!!!!
when I got my phone it was set on French , do you think I should download a firmware for France??
I mean as maybe firmwares for this country be compatible with my phone.

You could try a French frimware and see.
My device is now on NB5, what if I flash other versions of baseband from other countries, what will happen? Will it brivk my phone or can't connect to the local carrier network?

it should be no problem mate
I'm in singapore, own an europe version of N9005. I flashed singapore baseband, europe baseband, any band also can.
As long as stock firmware, very less possibilities to softbrick/hardbrick your device.

It depends where you are from BTU is a European and Uk generic rom if its a generic rom that you want, or find one for your region that is not carrier specific

..
I live somewhere in the middle east, would it be problematic if I flashed a different countries ROM in my GT-I9300I ? Also if possible what are the side effects of flashing a diff country ROM ?

You can flash all stock firmwares for GT-I9300I variat even they are for other countries. The only one side effect is that maybe your language isn't include in the firmware's CSC.

You can flah any stock firmware for our device. There will be one problem that your native language may not be included. But you can download that one through keyboard language settings.
