Yes it is formated and all of you memory data is gone if you if you inserted the memory to phone before install if not then your memory card was not formated and wont work with WP7 , so you have to put it in phone and make a hard reset

I have flashed my hd2 with WP7 (Thanks Cotulla !) without SD Card in the phone. Now all is ok but sometime WP7 say me that there is not enought memory. I add a SD card but there is no change. What must i do ?

You must flash WP7 with your SD card inside the phone. If you don't WP7 won't be able to see or use your SD card. You must re-flash.

try hardreset wp7 with the SD Card inside device.

i have a problem, i edit registry to have access to my phone from windows explorer but when i connect phone via usb i dont have free space to put there things ;x i can explore everything but it shows me "0 from 1,5 gb space" ;/ what i shoul do ?

I don´t have that problem... how much disk space is available in Zune?
Maybe the card is full?
In my case, with an 8GB card, it says 5 from 6.65GB are available, in Zune it says 4.74GB available (because some space is reserved), 1.92GB used.
Means, the available space seems correct, but no idea where the other difference is coming from...

you need a sd-card in you're phone for WP7...............
I just did and (after reset to defaults via about) WP7 is telling me that there is:
Total storage: 288,18Mb
Available storage: 219,79Mb
The SD card is 512mb.
EU Leo (512mb)
200Mb default partition on the SD card when viewed with Easeus Partition Master

Is your SD installed properly into your HD2? thought I had the same problem, but after re-inserting my SD all was well. Could be that WP7 is in a boot loop, than disable SD, restart, go to about and reset device. than hold MAGLDR and insert SD...

card needs to be inserted BEFORE you flash it, haRd reset it again
if you did have it in when you installed WP7 and it still doesnt work AND you have tried to format it with SDFormater then your card is not compatible with WP7

How to perform a hard reset? Or u mean flash it again?
Go to setting and then about. There you will see the option to perform hard reset.

My 16 GB SD card became totally undetected. This is after flashing WP7 that didn't finish, I believe because the SD card got damaged. I even tried using adpater and reader and still undetected.
Hi. I was directed to this website, because I had a problem with my HTC HD2, regarding the SD Card. I had Android installed on my sd and was booted on it. I selecting the Unmount SD Card > Erase SD Card data while booted to Android. After I restarted my phone, (it was now switched to windows 6.5) It is no longer detecting my SD Card at all. I tried reseting to factory settings but that didnt work. It is a 2 gb SD card. i dont care about the files in it, I was want it to detect the SD card with all its storage space. Any help would be greatly appreciated. =)

Take the card out, put it in a card reader, card reader goes in the PC and format to FAT32. It should work then. If it still doesn't, you could try software from this site:
http://www.partitionwizard.com/
It's a partitioning software. You can check the health of the card, it could be that it's just dead. You can probably get a new 8GB microSD for around $6.
