Hi all, is there a very good movie player for WP7? I have searched but can't find one.
And how do I get movies from my computer to my WP7 phone? Any help, please.

Hi All,
I have recently been getting an error message in Windows Mobile Media Player (Windows Media Player) on my XDA Mini S saying;
"No combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection"
And i cant seem to figure out why. I cannot play any videos or sound clips on my mobile, and i cannot find an alternative way to view video or sound files on my XDA.
Is there any chance anyone knows where i can download a new versionof Windows media player for my Windows mobile 5 device? or does anybody have any resolution for this?
Thanks for your time
I do not think there is a newer version to this problem but I was recently having trouble with WMP and I downloaded Pocket Player and have really liked it.
Doesn't seem to have that many bugs, has a today plugin (if wanted), is quite easy to use - maybe give it a try!
Where did you download Pocket Player from? and was it free etc... because i have searched on www.pocketgear.com and it is $19.99
To be honest, i really wasnt planning on paying for a Media player, however, if i cannot get the media player on my phone fixed, i will have no choice!
Thanks
Have you tried cold booting? Or TCPMP?
Yes PocketPlayer does cost you; I understand not wanting to pay for a media player especially since one that is supposed to work comes with the phone - i just couldn't deal with WMP.
Try TCPMC - its free and it may not have all the organizational features of WMP, but does play DivX files

you'd better try another media player such as RealOnePlayer (supports video and music) if you are interested you can try this...
Hi,
For no reason, suddenly my HD can't play music using the HTC music player. i realise that i can't start my windows media player also. What should i do? pls dun tell me to hard reset.

Hi,
Any can help?
try to check your sd-card. e. g. put it into your computer and do a scandisk over it.
when those multimedia applications start they try to load your playlist which is mostly on your sd-card. if it is corrupted the midiaplayer might not start.
if this is your problem take a look in the rom section. thereĀ“s a thread in the discussing the point "sd-card not shown"
Hi,
My SD card should be okay cos i can use core player to play those songs. is there any other possiblity?
Thanks
Hi,
I tried removing my sd card still can't start up my windows media. is there a way to reinstall windows media without hard reset??
I have the same problem.
I asked vodafone if they had a solution and the only answer I got was that I could send it for repairs but it would cost me between 60-90 euro...
I have a large library of music purchased through Microsoft's Zune Music Store. I would like to play this music on my TP2. Is there any way that to play this music on WM6 legally?

Yes! I used windows media player to sync my phone (I think thats the only way to get it to work). Even if you use the zune pass the songs will work. I have successfully done this on my TP2 and also in the past my omnia.
Hope this helps!
Thanks, I cannot believe that I did not think of that, but its working perfectly!

Who needs a Zune Phone?
We've already got a bunch of them! They're called Windows mobile phones! Zune Pass + 16 GB MicroSD + Touch Pro 2 > iPhone.

What iPhone user can say they can get unlimited music on their phone for only $15/month (legally)?
I love that it works on windows mobile phones and can listen to music from the zune marketplace on any computer! I know people will get made at this comment but... something from Microsoft that actually works!!

!!! I didn't know Zune Pass worked with it.. but.. you MUST use Windows Media?
hello fellas of XDA.
So it is just one question.
- Is there a way to sync the audio files from PC to phone using Zune player instead of using windows media player.
- Why? because windows media player is laggy and manual copy paste is time consuming...
any help would be excellant!
thanks
I feel like a complete stupid dude hehe.
Ill just take Microsoft is the key focus to this thing...............
lol
At first, i'm sorry for my english.
I have a problem about to play music from my home-network on the HD2.
I connect my HD2 with my pc over W-Lan. Then I search with the RescoExplorer and can find my music on the pc.
And then, I can play everytimes only one song. When I choose several songs, the HD2 get a error-message. I've tested with the wmplayer and CorePlayer.
When I choose a playlists as *.m3u or *.wpl on the pc, the HD2 give me a errormessage too.
I hope, someone can help me!
Many thanks and good night!
