I just unboxed my A7...very nice...I got a response yesterday about how to do the Dexter mod, but I want to know if I should first install the firmware update from the eLocity site prior to doing the mod, or after doing the mod, or not at all...Also, what about future updates?

The Dexter Mod is worth it. It has many improvements including access to the market.

You just need to install Dextor's mod only. It already has the firmware updates.

I'd wait for Dexter to mod the latest eLocity update, unless eLocity is allowed to add the market and gapp in the future.v Even then if Dexter offered an update I'd use his.

I recently restored my Nook Color to stock so it is back to version 1.0. How do I get it up to 1.3? I can find update 1.2 and 1.3 but not the others. Do they have to be done in order or can I just do 1.3 and call it done?

I have the version 4.5 base and the 4.9 ota.
If anyone is interested, let me know, along with a site where I can upload it.

Well it was based on lollipop and I have yet to find a bug.
However many system apks have been removed and you cant really recover them.
It was just bloat(at least most of it) though.

I've used the correct version without somehow being so:laugh:
So the new update is out as of 17 August 2022.

It's a slow rollout, so nothing to see on my mobile. But looking forward to it Seems like a good update.
Here's hoping for some more refnement with the OS with Android 13 in the near future!
Yes, rolling out SLOWLY, and unfortunately, not yet for me. There's another update scheduled for the end of this month or beginning of September as noted on their Discord server. This 1.1.3 is the "dope" update. The next update is called the "dopest update".

This is my update screen and it won't let me do anything since I'm rooted. The update tracker is behind as it's not showing 1.1.3 or apparently an Android 13 update that's showing on my screen.

The OTA is extracted from the official incremental update so there won't be any problem updating manually.
