Eugene did clarify on twitter that he was running the Froyo he built before but had fixed the volume keys but the 3.5 jack is still broken.
This guy is amazing in my book, he just flashed back to twiz rom to fix the dropped call issue.

Froyo PFT..... I'm holding out for HoneyComb or whatever its called. LOL
Honestly I figured it would be more than likely Eugene that would bring it to us. He is just a machine that never stops. I'd always give Cyangen mad props for all his work, but man those guys are so busy with so many builds its crazy.

Well to be realistic, it's going to take some time (short of pics) to verify anything. All we can do is wait and hope for the best.

Legit or not, this is not a public OTA. Unless you or someone you know is a TMO employee, you're not getting it.

Well, noobnl (and possibly other devs) had DK28 but weren't publicly releasing it at that time, so it turned into a huge flame-war over with people accusing devs of things like violating gpl and other nonsense.

Oh yeah! I remember that. Thats where that Baked Snack dude got banned.

I for one, will miss him. He helped me tremendously with my theming. I hope he makes his return when everything settles down

Dreamsforgotten, last I talked to k0nane personally on the night of the ACS/INC start he told me Dreams was knee deep in smali code (theming) for the Nexus 4g..
So we definitely have a lot of important pieces missing to the big Epic 4g puzzle... I sure hope one day they all come back so we can finish this picture.
We still have some great themers and developers, plus many new in the last month or so up and comers that have made a great impact on the scene so we are going to all have to pull together and do the best with who/what we have. Everything will be fine.
Now more than ever everyone needs to work together, hand in hand and share to make future GB and the last of EC05 development the best it can be for the Epic 4g.

i will say this...what jcase originally was lead to believe was gingerbread (blame p3droid for this) is in fact *not* gingerbread
for the charge it was just a full odin of ED2 and for us im not sure but it was confirmed to be just a froyo odin (probabaly ed04)
unless p3droid has something different then what we think he does (and i doubt it) he just mistook newer froyo builds for gb as im sure hes not familiar with samsung naming conventions as hes a mostly moto guy
many seem to think that verizon does in fact have a gb build, but its not in the testing system where its more easily leaked

frankly it wouldnt surprise me if it was sooner than later...as the general school of thought is that verizon does have a build..somewhere...im sure it was/will be rejected given samsungs track record...but id like to see it come out before i am many of us jump to the sgs2 whenever that releases

Probably rejected more because of improper bing-ification.
Sure, Samsung has their problems, but Verizon's insistence upon using the ****tastic search engine was the major hold-up for ED01.

epic just got #3 today i believe and sgs4g got one yesterday
but from what ive been told by others is that its not in the testing system..and until it is, much tougher to get it
